PERFECT LUBRICATING MACHINE. SPINDLE CLEANING AND LUBRICATING UNIT.
CONSTRUCTION DETAIL
1. Rectangular machines with four-wheel trolley.
2. Special design to accommodate between of any type of machine.
3. Four types of pump system.
4. Three types of oil tank.
5. One pressure gauge.
6. Two Flow control valve (One for topping input line and another one for flushing
return supply line)

TECHNICAL DATA:
Operation: Electrically operated by 220/230v. Single phase.
Design: The unit is mobile. This machine is a Rectangular mounted on a
four wheel for easily transportation. The width of the machine is design to
suit the space between two frames.
Tank capacity:
Flushing oil tank : 23 Liter. – Flushing oil tank will store only flushing oil &
will be recycle for cleaning operation.
Topping oil tank : 13 Liter. – Fresh oil tank for filling new oil.
Used oil tank : 9 Liter.–Unused oil tank ensure no used oil is mixed-up with
fresh oil.
Pump:
For different types of operation four pump are provided
Motor: Single phase, 0.5 HP., 0.37 kW motor for all 4 pumps
Power cable size: 1.5 sq. Mm, 4 core,
DIMENSION:
Length 850mm x Width 300mm x Height 875mm
Net Weight : 110kg.
Caution: Oil should maintain at least 1/2 of the tank as marking given in oil indicator in machine. This is most important to maintain to get good Blowing and Sucking.

METHODS OF OPERATION (Flushing / Cleaning of Bolster)
The PERFECT Lubricating machine is equipped with three tanks of
capacity 23 Ltr., 13Ltr, 9 Ltr. These tanks are design for different types of
function. The smaller tank receives use oil. The larger tank capacity is use
to flushing out the spindle oil from the spindle. The medium capacity tank is
use to fill new oil to the spindle bolster. These two tanks are connected thro
pumps by means of pipes with guns. These guns are also provided different
length of lubrication insert according to the depth size of bolster. The
lubrication gun with insert is inserted in to the spindle bloster and fresh oil
passed thro insert in to the spindle bolster bearing by pressure. With the
help of pressure, the used oil sucked out of bolster and sent it thro a
second pipe thro suction filter. The filter oil sucked by another pump and
send to the tank filter. This tank filter once again cleans oil and goes to the
flushing tank only.
TOPPING OIL IN TO A BOLSTER
From the topping tank (medium capacity tank) new oil is delivered by
pump and pass-it thro pipe to the lubricating gun to fill the oil in side the
spindle bolster. Here the oil level is calibrated according to the size of the
bolster and oil level can be adjusted once for all similar bolsters. The
excess oil is once again sucked thro this gun and pass-it thro filter and
another pump. There by excess oil are one again cleaned and accumulates
inside the smaller tank. This lubricating function prevents air bubbles inside
the bolster bearing. This type of lubrication process gives longer life to the
spindle as wall as bolster. The PERFECT Lubricating machine is suitable
for all types of bolster size available in different type of make.

LUBRICATION HEAD
Connected to the tanks for the fresh and used oil. Selectable Attachment
provided for different Purpose of lubrication inserts. This machine is
suitable for one man Power operation.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Perfect lubrication Machine is for spindles to maintain its bearing life for
longer period. Two special Oil guns do the pouring of oil to the spindle. One
gun is for flushing and the other one is for topping. Flushing gun is fitted
with flushing tube and it is used to sucking and flushing oil from the spindle
bolster. The delivery or topping gun is meant for pouring oil in to the Spindle
bolster. It is a calibrated one. This calibration can be Adjusted by adjusting
screw to the required quantity of oil to be fill in to the different sizes of
bolster. There are two flow control valves are provided to control the
pressure during the time of topping as required by the different size of
bolsters. The other one is used to control the return flushing oil. So that the
filling time and cleaning time can easily adjust according to the given
standard time. Since the machine is in compact size is allow to use even at
Narrow alleys between frames. The machine electrical wiring Are so nicely
designed to give safety to the operator.

WORKING PRINCIPLES: Machine is fitted with four pumps.
1. SUCTION OIL PUMPS (two). 2. FLUSHING OIL PUMP 3. TOPPING OIL PUMP.
SUCTION OIL PUMP: Dirty spindle oil containing cotton and other impurities are sucked
continuously from the bolster by this pump with the help of the flushing gun.
This dirty oil is passed thro a strainer situated at the top of the machine.
Here cotton and other impurities are separated from the spindle oil. These
oils are passed thro a microfilter. This filter Oil is then sent to the flushing oil
tank (Where it is stored.) This clearly shows that cleaned oil can be re-use
again for Flushing. This saves oil consumption.
FLUSHING OIL PUMP:
This pump sucks the oil inside the bolster and simultaneously cleaning
the bolster in a quick period of time. The holes of the flushing gun tube
designed in such a manner to the center of needle bearing of the bolster.
Due to which oil are sucked at a continuous level and at the same time
cleans the bearing in the center to the minimum Period of time. With this
principle all carbon particles and other impurities are removed from the
bolster just to give further good working of spindles and to increase the life
of bolster bearing and redise the power cost for spindle drive.
TOPPING OIL PUMP:
This pump is used to fill fresh oil inside the spindle bolster. Here also
the topping gun is calibrated, the oil requirement to the spindle bolster and
excess oil will be return automatically in to a separate tank.

(1) BIG FILTER & SMALL FILTER CLEANING REGULERLEY. (2) FIRST OF ALL CHECK OIL IN OIL TANK BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE. (3) PLEASE, FILL UP OIL UP TO TOP OF THE OIL INDICATOR SO IT WILL BE NOT
OVERFLOW ON TOP OF THE AIR HOLE IN PLATE IN SIDE TOP COVER.
