This product is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. (The wind grade should be no more than a 4 grade). Choose a place without obstacles, and keep away from crowds and pets. Don’t play near unsafe areas, for example, near a heat source, wires, or electric power sources. Keeping away from these areas will prevent damages such as collision landing, entanglement leading to fires, electric shock causing loss of lives and property.

The interior of the aircraft consists of a number of sophisticated electronic components. To prevent moisture and water vapor, avoid using in the bathroom and in wet weather conditions. By doing so, this will prevent water vapor getting into the internal body parts and the electronic components which could cause failures and unexpected accidents.

Please use parts provided in order to prevent damage to product. Do not attempt to upgrade Quadcopter or swap out parts not provided in package.

Make sure the batteries are installed according to polarity indicated in this manual. Do not mix batteries of different chemistry/spec. Take out the batteries if you are not using the product for a long time to prevent potential leakage which can damage the remote. Please dispose of depleted batteries according to local laws and ordinances. Do not dispose improperly.

Li-Polymer batteries cause higher operational risks than any other battery chemistry, please follow its usage instructions carefully. The Manufacturer and dealer assume no liability for accidental damages caused by improper use. Do not use chargers other than the factory supplied unit to avoid potential fires and explosions. Do not crush, disassem-ble, burn or reverse polarity. Prevent metallic materials from coming into contact with battery’s polarity, and never puncture batteries to avoid fire hazards. Battery charging must be done under supervision at all times. Keep out of reach of children. Stop the use or the charging of the battery if there is an unusual increase in battery temperature. Using the battery continuously may cause the battery to expand, deform, explode, and even result in fire hazards. Please dispose of depleted batteries according to local laws and ordinances. Do not dispose improperly.

R/C models are made of various forms of plastic. Plastics are very susceptible to damage and deformation due to extreme heat or cold climate. Make sure not to store the model near any source of heat such as, an oven or heater. It is best to store the model indoors, in a climate-controlled room temperature environment.

9. SYNCING THE REMOTE AND THE QUADCOPTER

If not used for a long time, a battery can lose its charge. Please remove battery from the remote.

Warning: If left in the remote control for a long duration of time, the battery may get damaged and cause fire hazards.

Power down the remote control. If the transmitter is not being used for a long duration of time, remove the battery for storage to prevent accidental damage or waste of battery power.

Warning: If the battery plug is not pulled out, it can cause the battery to have excessive discharge and cause a risk for a fire.

Please remove the battery from the quadcopter. Only charge under the supervision of an adult.

Turn the remote back on and the Quadcopter lights will flash more rapidly. Pull the throttle stick to its lowest position. The Quadcopter lights will now stay lit and is now synced with the remote control. Your are now ready to fly your Quadcopter.

The throttle stick at its lowest point

First, turn on the remote control. Then, connect the battery plug and circuit board plug on the Quadrone. The headlights flicker right and left after turning on. The headlights will be lighting during that time; then pull the throttle stick to it’s lowest position. The light in the middle of the controller will light up. Once it is lit up you can sync the Quadcopter. Set the Quadcopter on a flat surface and turn off the remote. Note: The battery and circuit board should not be inserted backwards, and to the correct polarity.

PLEASE PRACTICE FLIGHT SIMULATION BEFORE FLYING

10. FLIGHT CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENTS

Make sure the screws are all firmly tightened.Make sure the remote and the Quadrone are both fully charged.

Play in safe and spacious areas.

Only fly the Quadcopter once you are fully familiar with the controls. Read the instructions carefully. Get familiar with all the kinds of direction controls and keep practicing them until you can fly at the best of your ability.

FLIGHT ADJUSTMENT AND NOTICE FOR BEGINNERS

1. Place the Quadcopter in a clear open area and point the tail of the helicopter to you. 2. Practice operating the throttle stick (as seen below) repeat practicing “Throttle high/low”, “Flying left/right”, and “Ascending/descending”. 3. The flight simulation practice is very important, please keep practicing until your fingers move naturally.

Step 1: Throttle Control Practice

Step 2: Directional Control Practice

Step 3: Rudder Control Practice

Make sure there are no people or obstructions in the flight vicinity.

You must first practice hovering for safe flying. This is a basic flight action. (Hovering means keeping the Quadcopter in mid air in a fixed position)

Stand approximately 7 feet diagonally behind the Quadcopter.

Raise the throttle stick slowly. Move the Quadcopter in any direction, back, forward, left and right. Slowly move the levers in the opposite direction to fly back to its original position.

If the Quadcopter is off track, lower the throttle stick and land the Quadcopter. Then move your position diagonally behind the Quadcopter 7 feet and continue practicing. If the Quadcopter flies too far away from you, please land the Quadcopter and move your position to 7 feet and continue practicing.

1. Slowly raise the throttle stick.2. Move the nose of the Quadcopter to the right or left, and then slowly move the rudder stick in the opposite direction to fly back to its original position.

When the Quadcopter begins to lift-off the ground, slowly reduce the throttle to bring the Quadcopter back down. Keep practicing this action until you can control the throttle smoothly.

After you are familiar with all the actions from steps 1-3, draw a circle on the ground and practice within the circle to increase your accuracy.

You can reduce the size of the circle as you become more familiarized with the control reflexes.

After you are familiar with steps 1-4, stand on the side of the Quadcopter and continue practicing steps 1-4. Then repeat steps 1-4 by standing in front of the Quadcopter.

1. Left/Right Turning Trim: Just before the Quadcopter lifts-off, the nose might lean left/right. When rotating right, adjust the trim to left rotation. When rotating left, adjust the trim to right rotation.

2. Forward/Backward Trim:Just before the Quadcopter lifts-off, the nose may lean forward/backward. When it leans forward, adjust the trim to backward. When it leans backward, adjust the trim to forward.

3. Left/Right Side Fly Trim:Just before the Quadcopter lifts-off, the body may lean left/right. When it leans right, adjust the trim to the left side. When it leans left, adjust the trim to the right side.

Slowly raise the throttle stick, when the Quadcopter leaves the ground, you can use the trim to correct the balance of the Quadcopter until it hovers flat.

When familiar with the previous basic operations, you can start the tumbling action. To begin, press the “High Speed” button. After the “High Speed” light is on, fly it to a height of 10 feet. By pulling the direction stick all the way back, the aircraft will roll 360 degrees. If you play outside, fly it up to 20 feet. To begin rolling, click on the high-speed rolling indicator light. The aircraft can fly as high as 10 feet. The forward, backward, left, fly stick on the right can be pushed to release 360 tumbling. For outdoor flying, the aircraft can fly up to a height of 20 feet. By pushing the corresponding stick push, you can achieve a continuous roll.
