Important: The Niagara flush valve can operate both dual flush and single flush.

Overflow

1. On the replacementvalve rotate the valveanti-clockwise tounlock and pull toremove from overflow.Discard overflow if notrequired.

The overflowis defaulted forDudley Cisternshowever can beadjusted byloosening nutand movingpipe to suit,re-tighten after.

1. Remove flush valve fromcistern as shown in section 2.

2. Wash sealingfaces with cleanwater.

3. Re-assemblevalve andensure it is working correctly.

1. Remove old valve from cistern.

2. Locate the Niagara valve assembly into the cisternoutlet hole ensuring that the sealing washer is on the inside of the cistern.

3. Screw theback nut ontothe protrudingthreaded tailof the Niagaraassembly andhand tighten.

3. Reverse the process with thenew valve. Locate the valve to thecistern and rotate clockwise tolock in position.

5. Turn water supply back onand test flushing works correctly.

4. Re-attach the pneumatic tubes tothe front plate (Dudley Vantagecisterns only), pushbutton, pushplate or Electroflo control unit.

Place cap nut,slip ring and conering on flushpipe.Push the pipe intothe valve andhand tighten thecap nut.
