STEPS

Copy and paste the below URL in the browser

ftp://ccftp.iitm.ac.in/antivirus/mcafeeuninstall/

Right click the mcafeeuninstall.bat

Copy or save link as

Copy to the local folder or desktop

Un Install Mcafee Virusscan Enterprise and Mcafee Agent

Open the web browser

We recommended to open Google Chrome

Please log in to the user having administrative privileges and Double Click on mcafeeuninstall.bat

For windows7 and Windows 8 Operating SystemsRight click on mcafeeuninstall.bat and select Run as AdministratorIf it is asking username and password means please give administrator username and password

Command Prompt window will shown for un installation process

Click Close button if this window shown

Please wait until the command prompt window closes automatically

Please Restart the computer after closing this window

Restart the computer

Downloading agent from ccftp

• Open the web browser Copy and paste the below URL in the browserftp://ccftp.iitm.ac.in/antivirus/kav• Right click the setup.exe • Copy or save link as • Copy to the local folder or desktop

KASPERSKY INSTALLATIONDouble Click setup.exe

For Windows 7 click Yes if this window shown

Click Start installation Button

Kaspersky installation Running window will opening

Please wait until installation complete. It takes approximately 10 Min to complete.

After Installation complete click Close button.

Please restart the computer to launch the kaspersky antivirus application.
