Ingredients (Thick ‘Milk’shake)
• 4 teaspoons of chilled whipping ‘cream’ (see recipe).• 150mls of chilled .• 2-4 teaspoons suitable milkshake powder or milkshake syrup to
taste.

Method (Thick ‘Milk’shake)
1. Place the ‘cream’ into a narrow jug or tumbler and add 150ml to it.
2. Use a small battery operated whisk or milk frother and whisk until it is light and frothy. It will probably take 1-2 mins.
3. Stir in the milkshake powder or milkshake syrup. Add more or less to taste. Mix well.
4. Pour into a glass and serve.
