Information letter Unni&Harald’s Trophy 2018Oslo, 26.03.2018
RegistrationThank you for your registration to the 23rd Unni & Harald’s Trophy. We are happy to announce that we have 131 gymnasts from over 30 different clubs from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland participating in this year competition.
Program, start lists and organization:Updated information will be available on our webpage as soon as possible. Make sure to visit this page regularly so you have all the latest information. All changes will be updated here! http://osloturn.no/informationuh/ Please read the information and inform us if there are any changes: [email protected] clubs will receive an envelope with information and preordered tickets for meals and transportation at arrival.
Music:WAG clubs must send us floor music by mail. Please send this within the 20 th of April to: [email protected]. There will be no use of CD’s or USB in this competition.
Payment:Reminder: All payments should have been done within the 12 st of March 2017 . You find the payment information in the invitation.
Presentation/marketingWe want to have some information/fun facts about different gymnasts participating in this year’s U&H Trophy. We will use this in social media and in the gym to advertise for the event. Follow our Facebook page and stay tuned https://www.facebook.com/unniogharald/ We also hope that clubs/coaches/gymnasts can use the U&H Trophies hashtag: #uhtrophy in their preparation for U&H and under the event.
Meals:We offer lunch in the competition arena on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the banquet will be held at Quality Hotel 33 Saturday evening for those who have pre-ordered.
Transport:From Oslo Airport Gardemoen to Hotel 33: FB3 Bekkestua from Gardemoen to Hotel 33 (Risløkka). This takes around 50 minutes. Tickets must have been pre-ordered with the registration.Shuttle bus from Hotel 33 to Haslehallen Arena: The Shuttle bus will go back and forth from the hotel and arena from Friday to Sunday. The trip take about 5 minutes. Tickets must have been pre-ordered.
