The Main Bar AreaLarge enough floor space to host salsa parties comfy diner style boots chill area with sofasExtra long bar no big cues even at the largest of events
The main bar is equipped with projectors and large screens making streamed media visible from every angle of the bar We also have a good PA and all standard sound tech such as microphones jacks and amps so on
The Function RoomIt is on our first floor and has a capacity for about 80100 standing or 6070 sitting
It has a large theatrical stage with classy red velvet curtains and a private bar The entire decor throughout is fab vintage Large mirrors cover all the walls surrounding the stage giving the the space a somewhat mystical feeling The extra high ceiling adds airiness and class to the atmosphere The ceiling is decorated with golden murals of the twelve zodiac sign A very unique space for events with a personality
Not surprisingly it is currently most popular among Indie Theatre Companies for their more intimate social and creative events such as the new writing nights of Blackshaw Theatre
We also host fantastic live music nights like our favourite regular TOTHAS
Therersquos a private bar upstairs with two lagers on tap wines and all standard mixers Anything from our drinks range can be set up on request Arrange a mojito special for your event and wersquoll happily make it happen
BookingsWe donrsquot require them with every booking but for exact information on hiring fees deposits and minimum spends please e-mail to infothehorseandstablescouk with your event specifics For weekends the entire venue can be booked

We love hosting events but we love nothing more than getting involved in what you good people do for charities
We would like to encourage charity and free community get-togethers in our neighbourhood and so we pay extra attention to non-profit events We had such fantastic causes worked for over here in the past we went as far and gave away a chunk of the nightrsquos take It was so worth it though
Additional support may involve help with your publicity and basic promo material needs
So if you are trying very hard for some real good cause and all you need is a proper local for your next pub quiz please give us a call (We love a bit of pub quiz really)
