It can be difficult to make decisions when it comes to treating cancer in animals. Sue will illustrate her discoveries throughout the Masterclass with cases from practice that

show many different aspects of integrative cancer care.

THE MASTERCLASS The complementary veterinary medicine branch of the NZVA and the Australian Veterinary Homeopath Group are honoured to be able to bring Dr Sue Armstrong out to Sydney in September 2019. We are really excited to let all of our members know that in addition to a fascinating two days looking at the management of chronic illness and auto-immune dis-ease, on the 14th& 15th September, Sue has agreed to hold a one day Homeopathy Master Class on the Monday, Sept 16th. This represents an incredible opportunity for those of us who choose to integrate homoeopathy into our treatment plans. Learning from a world acclaimed, highly skilled practitioner is an energising, uplifting experience and is critical to reinforce those skills that we have while expanding our treatment options and plans. In the world of Integrative and alternative veterinary practice, you are rarely offered an opportunity to experience truly world-class education on your own doorstep. This is one of those moments. Her biography speaks for itself.

ABOUT SUE: Sue graduated from Cambridge University School of Veterinary Medicine in the UK in 1984 working initially in conventional practice and eventually becoming a partner in one of the first veterinary practices to offer a mixture of Conventional and Holistic treatments. After training with the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital and the Homeopathic Professionals Teaching Group (HPTG) Sue gained her Veterinary Membership to the Faculty of Homeopathy in 1996. Sue later became a tutor and then partner of the HPTG.

She was a founder member of the British Holistic Veterinary Medicine Association (BHVMA) and was President in 2003. She is a past President of both the British Association of Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons (BAHVS) and the College of Animal Homeopathic Medicine (CAHM) in Canada. She is now the Education Director of the British Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy (BAVH). In 2003 Sue set up Balanced Being that had homoeopathy as the core philosophy of a thriving practice offering integrated treatment to both animals and humans.

This is the first homoeopathic veterinary Masterclass in Australia in 7 years!

A rare and exciting opportunity, not to be missed.

In 2016 Sue opened a new human clinic at Ornhams Hall in Boroughbridge and sold the veterinary practice whilst remaining the Clinical Director. Following the shocking statement made by the RCVS in November 2017, Sue left Balanced Being and veterinary practice in February of 2018 as she felt that her ability to practice true integrative veterinary medicine had been greatly compromised. Sue has written and published many papers; she also lectures and consults internationally in countries including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Japan and the USA as well as throughout the UK and Ireland. Sue is a contributing author of Foundations of Complementary Therapies and Alternative Medicine edited by Robert Adams, plus Canine Nutrigenomics written by Jean Dodds and Diana Laverdure (2015). Sue wrote The Little Book of Thinking Dog - Fisher King Publishing. Her latest book Cancer in Animals: What is to be Cured? was published in 2016. She is currently writing a new book on the future of the veterinary profession. Read more on her website >> http://www.individualis.co.uk
