This site design project located within an existing wetland complex on an eleven and a half acre site included establishing a sense of entry, exterior courtyard space, and smaller gathering and seating opportunities. The major focus of the planting design was to establish native plant communities to restore the site, provide seasonal interest, encourage and establish wildlife habitat, screen parking, reduce the urban heat island effect, and use plants that clean and infiltrate storm water.
