Organization of TRAINING SEMINARS and WORKSHOPS:> thematic meetings on different climate events and their impacts on industrial areas;> presentation of local companies that produce/install ad hoc technical solutions;> presentation of subventions, fundings, incentive bonuses or tax deductions
to contribute to private expenses.
Active with 2 seminars per year from 2017 in sinergy with the other seminars organized in Ferrara by S.I.P.R.O.

SERVICE OF EVALUATION OF BUSINESS VULNERABILITY to climate events :> technical assistance to underline critical situations / threats and to propose adaptation/mitigation measures;> gathering information and fill-in check-list with data on the company;> site visit to the company with 2 technicians/experts;> editing of a final report with the evaluation and intervention proposals.

Collect information on the climatic event and on the company• Climatic event: Variability in space and time (mathematical models)
• Company: production process, sector, area covered by the plant, revenues, number of workers..

Build a model of the company• Create a conceptual model of the company and expose it to the effect of the event driven
by the climate change
• The model should be simple (verifiable) but representative of the company
• You can create in this way a specific checklist for each event to evaluate the company risk

Visit the company (field inspection)• Through the field inspection it is possible to identify risks and gives the opportunity to
choose a first set of adaptation measures
• The interview with the company owners let you check the representativeness of the cheklist

Because of its multifunctionality, the action as an ecosistemic approach.

TAX REDUCTION FOR PRIVATE COMPANIES THAT REPLACE EXTERNAL SURFA WITH COOL MATERIALS WITH A HIGH SOLAR REFLEX INDEX:> ordinary maintainace of roofs/facedes;> limited costs but great benefits to contrast inner overheating;> diminishing the costs for summer cooling.
