What does a new job really mean to you??
* A potential opportunity
* A triggering factor for change
* A source of income
* A stage to polish your talents and skill
* A source of knowledge
* An opportunity for career growth
* A symbol of social status…. etc etc etc…!!
In order to gain most out of a new job, what should we do?
Break out of your comfort zone.
Know your company very well
Think-Act-Deliver Creativity
Never back down on setbacks
Learn, Learn, Learn and Learn
Simply, your comfort zone is a behavioural space where your activities and behaviours fit a routine and pattern that minimizes stress and risk.
Imagine, what would have happened if these people would have stuck on to their comfort zones??
THINK-ACT-DELIVER CREATIVITY
Consider the following aspects of Creative Thinking and answer the following questions by trying to find the correct, yet perhaps less obvious answer.
Major Characteristics of Creativity
Fluency—coming up with many possible solutions
Originality—creating new and unique solutions Flexibility—considering multiple theories and
different perspectives Transference—applying previous knowledge to
different situations Elaboration—extending an idea to its natural
limits
