It is my great honour to welcome you all to HUGI Annual Mee�ng 2019. Himpunan

Uroginekologi Indonesia (HUGI) is an associa�on affiliated to Interna�onal Urogynecological

Associa�on (IUGA) which focus on improving urogynecology services na�onwide and

worldwide. This mee�ng will be held at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital & InterCon�nental rd thHotel Pondok Indah Jakarta, Indonesia on February 23 - 26 2019.

The scien�fic program will comprehensively provide a forum for OBGYN and Urogynecologists

to focus on the current issues which will cover cu�ng edge topics in daily prac�ce, the most

recent development and management of the rapidly evolving health care requirements, as

well as the crucial challenges concerning about the country facili�es.

The Mee�ng is a unique and excellent opportunity to learn and share innova�ve ideas and to

have the current update on Urogynecology services throughout workshops, symposium and

live surgery. As this is an IUGA endorsed mee�ng, it will also aim to help Improving Women's

Quality of Life na�onwide. As a token of our apprecia�on for the young doctors, there will be

Abstract Submission GuidelinestAccepted abstracts will be presented in oral or poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is February 1 ,2019 and

thacceptance notification will be sent on February 10 , 20191. All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website or email to : pithugi1 @hugi-indonesia.com2. When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to the committee submission

formats. Submitters are responsible for all typing error on the abstract.3. Abstracts for the Scientific Sessions and Scientific Exhibition are limited to 300 characters including spaces.4. Abstracts should be typed in Indonesian and English (except Foreign participant, only in English).5. An optional Figure to support abstracts may be included in your submission. The figure must be captured in a single jpg file6. The main of the paragraph for research paper are Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The headers

for case report or series are Introduction, Case, and conclusion. Keyword and abbreviations must be included7. The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author by no later than on February 10 th, 2019.8. Abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book, only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by

February 15th, 2018.9. The full name of the authors (main and co-authors) including name of organization, institution, university or office must be

fully mentioned, and the name of the main author must be written at the front and underlined.10. If on-line submission is not available, please contact the Congress Secretariat

North Jakarta is where Taman Impian Jaya Ancol or Ancol Dreamland is located. It boasts a variety of amusements such as Dufan Theme park, Seaworld, Atlantis Water Adventure Park, Ecopark, Art market and comfortable accommodation choices with a complete culinary destination.

From Ancol Bay, you can hop on a boat and head to Jakarta's pristine getaway, enriched with tropical islands named Kepulauan Seribu, or The Seribu Archipelago and sometimes also simply famous as The Thousand Islands. When visiting South Jakarta, make sure to drop by at Setu Babakan and get to know the story of Betawi culture, the native ethnic group of Jakarta. There are a museum and traditional Betawi houses with few activities that you can experience, such as getting to know the traditional dance and music, tasting the local beverage of Bir Pletok, have a bite of Kerak Telor and making small ondel ondel, the iconic gure of Jakarta!

All parts of Jakarta are studded with their own culinary icons and trending coffee shops to spend the day in. Here, you can easily nd the ve national foods, namely Nasi Goreng, Gado-gado, Soto, Sate, and Rendang.
