All other required forms from the Checklist on your entry forms are due e-mailed to the DI Nationals Chairperson, Maggie Muleski, at [email protected] by midnight Wednesday, August 7th. Please make sure to send everything at one time.

Doubles and Swivel: Please make sure to have the newest forms from http://www.usawaterski.org/pages/divisions/showski/main.asp the new online trick list is the only one that will be accepted. Please make sure to use only this trick list. Obviously you will not need to email 15 copies, just the one, please. MUSIC must be handed to the sound engineer, in the sound booth, at least 1 hour prior to the start of your event. Proof of Membership:

1. All competitors-riders/spotters-announcers-dock help-dancers, etc. must provide a copy of their USA WS membership with the renewal date. This can be done by providing a copy of your card or a copy of the USA WS team roster with the names highlighted

2. We will also need Drivers Certification proof for all drivers used. This means the card or the roster has to have the Drivers rating on it.

***Should you want to mail your registration paperwork you may do this but it must be Postmarked by Friday, August 2nd and sent to Maggie Muleski DI Nationals Chair 2526 31st St N Wisconsin Rapids WI 54494.

THERE WILL NO REGISTRATION BUT YOU MUST ATTEND THE SAFETY MEETING PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. Tournament Driver: Kevin Hayes Individual Event Competition day will start promptly at 10:00am Friday, August 9th, 2019. Should there be delays and the Events are not finished we will finish in order on Saturday and/or Sunday from 7:00am-8:00am. We will follow all NSSA rules for Nationals Individual Events Competition. All Judges’ and Scorers’ forms are considered public information and shall be made available upon request. All requests for additional copies shall be made in writing, prior to the start of the tournament, to the sponsor; and the requesting person shall pay for all copying and mailing expense, if any. If a team or individual would like to have their scores preserved on a flash drive, they must submit their own flash drive to either the chief judge or chief scorer with the club name or some identifier on it showing who it belongs to no later than one hour before the competition begins. If it is for a club, that club will still receive copies of their written judge’s forms and their own scorer's form. Seeded Teams, Paperwork #’s 1-8 are due POSTMARKED by Friday, August 2nd to Maggie. Address at top of Checklist. It is highly recommended to submit this on a flash drive. Directions on how to prepare the paperwork for the Flash Drive are on the second page of the Checklist.

Registration for Teams: All tournament registration paperwork that has not been previously turned in may be turned in on Friday, August 9th from 9:30am-12:30pm only, unless you notify the Tournament Chair in advance. Please remember the appropriate number of copies for all paperwork per the Checklist. The Tournament Chairperson will check in paperwork but it is your responsibility to check with the tournament chair to see if your paperwork is complete. The Mandatory Meeting with the Chief Judge will take place @ 9:00am, Friday, in the pavilion on site.

Failure to have a Team Rep at the Mandatory Chief Judges meeting will result in an Automatic Penalty of 50% of the entry Fee being assesses to your Team!

The Team competition will start promptly at 7:30am each day with the 20 minute set-up time.

This tournament follows all NSSA rules. Tournament Sanction # is 19J014

Weather Delays: Rule: 4.03: Provisions for Weather Delays shall be specified in the tournament announcement. The schedule of teams after a delay will be as follows:

1. We will ski to the end of the day as boating laws permit, regarding daylight and safety. Special events will be preempted.

2. We will begin the next day with the next team in the running order from the previous day. The starting time of the Tournament may be adjusted to start earlier in the day for the purpose of getting back on schedule.

3. If the Tournament cannot be finished as scheduled, an additional day (s) may be added (Monday) with teams to ski to finish the original running order.

4. If the Events Competition is delayed and cannot be made up during the Tournament, it will be completed starting at 7:00am-8:00am Saturday and/or Sunday before the shows start.
