Utilize Existing Boiler Water Supply To Make Hot WaterTheHubbellTModelwaterheaterutilizesanexistingsupplyofboilerwatertoheatdomesticpotablewater.TheTransflowmodelstoragetankisfittedwithaspeciallydesigned,highefficiencyheatingcoilwhichtransfersheatfromtheboilerwatertothedomesticwaterinthetank.It’sadvanceddesignhasnomovingpartsanddoesnotrequireanyelectricalconnections,whilethehighqualitymaterials

THERMOSTATThetankshallbefittedwithanimmersion110-160°Fadjustableelectronictemperaturecontrollertocontroltheflowofboilerwaterthroughtheheatingcoil.Thetemperaturecontrollerrequiresaconstant24voltpowersupplytooperate.TheswitchingrelayisaS.P.S.T.120volt10AmpMaxrelaywhichopensorclosesthecontrolcircuittothecirculationpumporzonevalve(byothers)inordertoregulatetheflowofboilerwaterthroughthecoilandtherebymaintainthedesiredwatertemperatureinthetank.
WARRANTYThewaterheatermanufacturershallwarrantyallcomponentsagainstdefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialforaperiodofone(1)yearfromdateofstart-upandthepressurevesselincludingtheheatingcoilforfive(5)yearsfromdateofstart-up,(residentialapplicationsseven(7)years)providedthattheunitisstartedwithinthree(3)monthsofdateofshipmentandinstalledandoperatedwithinthescopeofthetankdesignandoperatingcapability.Eachwaterheatershallbeshippedwithacompletesetofinstallationandoperatinginstructionsincludingsparepartslistandapproveddrawings.
