destructive contribution for the personal gain and ambition the
experience of unfortunate refugees, would not have been engraved
in the hearts of millions displaced

cost to safeguard the truth of their forefather’s forgotten history,
which is synchronized with untold misery for them to deal with
day to day sufferings.

PREFACE:
Both the Hindus, Pakistani Muslims as well as those who left
behind in their respective countries but follow different faiths and
look to others countries for the security, have very little faith in
their religious leadership as well as political leadership.
The publications is to remind how our immature leaders greed
resulted in suffering of those, who left behind billions of people
in both the countries, to suffer in perpetuity degrading
development, elevating poverty and untold misery to the common
man, due to internal conflicts and corruption unheard before the
independence.
These unfortunates still believe that British era in slavery, was a
golden period unheard of corruption and mis-management. Their
view that independence, resulted in nothing for the common person
and it cannot uplift the standard of common man in both the
countries and correction is remote possibility in years to come.
The speech of last conservative British Prime Minister before
independence and described in words of Sir Winston Churchill

that independence to this corrupt race (both India & Pakistan) of
Asian origin and power in their hand will result not only in misery
and suffering of common man of commonwealth, and the world
will see that a common man in this countries, will be taxed after
the independence, even on breathing air. The legacy and forecast
has come true.
This reminds us liberty without co-existence and tolerance both
by our leaders be they are political or religious will always give
an option of recurring oppression in some form or other for
exploitation of their own people and encourage other community
to justify the same. The liberation struggle is not one time affair
but a continuous program unless synchronized with betterment of
standard of living and freedom in the form of financial stability,
better health care and good education other wise such
struggle is non productive.
The very purpose of independence has no value unless equal
distribution of national wealth for the common person is realized
in letter and spirit, this is more important than simple liberation.
It also aims to strengthen the theory that the liberation of nation
does not mean oppression of each others community or robbing

their properties, killing their women, children and encouraging
terrorism now flourishing both in India and Pakistan and deserve
to be discouraged and condemned on honesty as well as future of
both the country.

JINNAH’S ATOPSY COST DR. JASWANT SINGH HIS BJP
JOB
………PART – I
When the tome of M. Ali Jinnah, pheron of Pakistan was opened
after 61 years to perform autopsy by Dr. Jaswant Singh, Civil
Surgeon of BJP Hospital, he found two tumors in his brain, in
addition to earlier known Tumor i.e. for separate Islamic State
exclusively for Muslims. The brain was also infected with Pandit J.
Nehru as well as Iron Man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,
though all the 3 have died long back and there was no necessity to
conduct the Post Mortem, however, the present “cast iron” man of
BJP and Chief Administrator of BJP’s hospital L.K.Advani,
dismissed Dr. Jaswant Singh summarily from the services, without
referring to Post Mortem Report of M.Ali Jinnah, which consists of
1961 pages.
It is true that Jinnah joined Congress Party in the year 1896 and
left Congress in 1920, simultaneously being a member of Muslim
League in 1913 to be elevated to President of Muslim League in
1916 and only after he became President of Muslim League he
could not be digest the supremacy of Sardar Patel due to

opposition of Congress at Nagpur Session, the Indian National
Congress, were always of the view that the invaders entered into
India 600 years back have hardly committed to the cause of
independence, except for exploitation of Hindus masses and being
an agent of British empire and any association with them after
independence, was unreliable, at least after the formation of
Muslim League in Dhaka in the year 1906. Muslim’s contribution
to the independence was very limited in 1857, when they fought
Britishers to get the power back; they were deprived of, for the last
100 years by the British Empire.
In fact, 1857 mutiny had nothing to do with independence, it was
to get back the power lost to Britishers and outburst of British
policy of getting rid of Rajas and Nawabs, by depriving their
privileges given to some, who were close to the Britishers, mutiny
was instigated by the erstwhile rulers, who could not get their
proper seat or pension for which they were due in hierarchy. In fact
these rulers were more suppressor than Britishers but the language
and colour was at their advantage, the infighting among these
rulers to conquer each other’s territory was so high before the
British Raj, that in Rajasthan alone there were approximately 1720
wars between the different rulers against each other in less than
600 years AND State of Badmer the desert kingdom of prince

Jaswant Singh’s ancestors was not different from these conflicts.
The intention of Britishers was to consolidate their land into
British India rather it was a first step to unite fragmented India to
form colonial common-wealth in a land governed by British
Empire consisting of different religion and languages. However by
giving the religious colour of Pork & Beef in cartridge, these Rajas
and Nawabs took an opportunity under estimating the British.
Though the mutiny was suppressed ruthlessly, with the help of
Hindu and Muslim troops combine, the only advantage Indian got
from 1857 mutiny was that the empire change hand from East
India Company (traders and shippers) running India through
private armies to the British empire to crown directly, though
practically every thing remained the same except the appointment
of Governor General of India, appointed by the crown was now
answerable to the crown i.e. British Empire instead of East India
Company.
In 1916 when the Muslim League was headed by Jinah as it’s
president and till he died, the founder of Pakistan had 3
favorable items in his menu. The first thing he would eat his
breakfast regularly with pork and hamp, which is forbidden in
Islamic religious texts. Secondly, he would drink plenty of wine
/ cigarette and third thing he was fond of western living and

spent most of the time in Taj Mahal hotel. He was rather more
close to the Parsies and British than Muslims. The Parsies who
migrated to India fearing Islamic ruler in Siraj ( now Iran ) they
were more close to the Britishers and live affluent life style due to
their unquestionable loyalty to any ruler be it Muslim or British.
M. Ali Jinnah became the Personal Assistant to Dadabhai Naoroji
the founder of Godrej, Jinnah subsequently married second time to
a minor girl of Parsi origin 25 years of his junior in 1918 Viz.
Ratanbai Petit and daughter of Jinnah’s close friend Dinshaw Petit
a Parsi, after his marriage with Emibai lasted for 2 years only.
Emibai died at the age of 15.

Here are some interesting facts on the Lohana roots of Mohammad
Ali Jinnah the founding father of Pakistan known as Butcher of
Hindus by the Hindu Refugees:

He was the grandson of Premjibhai Thakkar (Gondal), who to
support his family, entered into the trading of fish within the
coastal town of Veraval.
His business, however, clashed with the (vegetarian) strong moral
ethics of the Lohanas and as a result he was ostracized from the
community.
He made enough money in fish trade and attempted to rejoin the
community. He also discontinued the fish business. The Lohana
leaders, in their wisdom, did not accept his request. (think about
the course of history, if they had not had inflated egos and had
welcomed him back!)
Premjibhai' s son Punjalal Thakkar (Jinnah's father) was enraged at
his father's humiliation and reacted like any other Lohana - with
equal and opposite force. He adopted the Muslim religion and
changed the names of all his four sons. There were confusions
about the Lohana converting to Islam as such only other Gujarati’s
forcefully converted to Islam after the demolition of Somnath
Temple had Brahmin root. They were Bohras and they kept their
identity isolated, with other Muslims and remained bonded with
their clan only. The Punjalal was not allowed in their clan, it was at

this stage he came to know about another branch of Islam practiced
in Gujarat. It was known as Khoja or Ismailia.
They were Gujarati speaking converted to Islam. Since not much
was known about their roots to Islam they were called Khoja
which means Search or Hunt. Search for Khoja Muslim’s root is
still a mystery. Ironically, the Khojas were declared non-muslims
with Ahmadiyas not knowing that founder father of Pakistan was
himself a Khoja and 1st atomic Islami Bomb was manufactured by
Ahmedia scientist.
However, Punjalal continued to use his Gujarati nickname: Zino
(pronounced Jinno in old fashioned Gujarati) which means
'Skinny.' Jinno`s son - Mohammad Ali - changed his family name
to Jinnah - the nickname of his converted father.
So, here is the fact. Gandhi who effectively gave birth to
independent India (Bharat) and Jinnah, who is the father of
Pakistan, were both from Saurashtra, (old Katahiavad) Gujarat!
Jinnah, with the active support of Parsi Doctor treating him for TB,
who kept his promise not to reveal his ambition of separate
Muslim nation till India was partitioned, decepting the Hindu

masses (who gave shelter to these Parsi refugees, after their
arrival to land of Hindus , due to atrocity committed by Muslims,
leaving their home land with fire pot in the small boats and spent
their initial years of refuge in camel shelters, (Courtesy: Gujrat’s
Hindu Ruler) thereby achieving the dream of Jinnah to be main
instrument directing Muslims to massacre almost millions of
Hindus to whom Jaswant Singh claim to be secular.
In fact, Jaswant Singh has not read the history at all or he was too
busy learning horse riding or playing Polo being a Prince of State
of Barmer. When the Jinnah directed Muslim League and its
criminals to massacre Hindu masses in Calcutta and further
authorized mass rape of Bengali Hindu girls mostly from Brahmin
community at Nowkhali in Bengal with the sole intention of
making Calcutta and not the Karachi capital of Pakistan. The
German Author Ditmar Rotharmud in his book on Gandhi has
clearly documented that the Calcutta riots as well as Nowkhali
mass rape of Hindu women was orchestrate by Mohmad Ali Jinnah
and it was carried out by one of the most dreaded criminals
Suharwardi, right hand of Mohamad Ali Jinnah, who was
subsequently rewarded by the secular Jinnah to be Prime Minister
of Pakistan. The riots could not be controlled by British troops
despite they having cantonment in Calcutta or by the Gandhi going

on fast as shown in Movie (The Gandhi) by distorting the facts of
history but only when the Hindu masses in Bihar turned violent
and mass exodus of Muslim started fearing reprisal, even Dr.
Rajendra Prasad who subsequently became first President of India
has opined that riots between Hindus and Muslims at Calcutta
which were ignited by Jinnah stopped only when Hindus in Bihar
turned violent against Muslims and not simply by the fasting of
Gandhi.
Born to Jinabhai Ponja and Mithibai in the orthodox family
practicing Ismaili Islam or Khoja after converting to Islam from
the Hindu sect Lohana, not much is known about the Jinabhai who
remain the faithful Khoja Muslium till his death. The Khojas
were migrated to Kutch from the Central Gujarat after being
forcefully converted to Islamic religion by the invader when the
Somnath Temple was demolished and looted. These converts, who
were mainly involved in business mostly in fisheries or hardware
or sea related activities. The Jinabhai with the background of
fishery subsequently opted to shift to Mumbai. The Jinnah
graduated in 1896 and despite a very good arbitrator / petition
writer, always liked western culture and western ideology, in 30’s
he migrated to London with no intention of returning back to India.
The theory of separate Muslim Nation by the “Indian Muslims”

was given shape during this period only in London by Muslim
intellectuals of Indian origin. When a Muslim lawyers /
intellectuals of Indian origin held a meeting in London fearing
their apprehension that once the nation is liberated, the Muslim
invaders in the “Land of Sindhu River” known as Hindus will
throw the Indian Muslim (who work for British as an agent for 200
years or so) beyond the hills of Afghanistan. It was not the religion
but it was insecurity from Hindus domination that after
independence, they will be not be secured living with the Hindus
and the guilt of crime committed on Hindus by the Moghul for
centuries, was the main reason of demanding a separate Muslim
country.
Even otherwise Muslims always believed
non-believer as “Kafir” and they follow
strict ideology of “Jehad” to reform other
religion through force by sword.
The ideology of violence, which is the preliminary ingredient of
Islam, Jinnah found in Pakistan to achieve his objective for the
separate nation exclusively for Muslims before his death. The
author Larry Collins & Dominique Lapierre in their Book
“Freedom at Midnight” exclusively written on partition out of 14
years of investigation and banned both by India and Pakistan have

clearly documented a text from the history verifying from the
achieves of India and Pakistan’s foreign Ministry’s records that
Jinnah has time and again openly stated that his only dream before
his death was a separate nation exclusively for Indian Muslims
whatever the cost may be, by dividing the Indian Peninsula. In fact,
Jinnah was so furious when partition was finalized i.e. on 11 th
August, 1947 and Assam was not included in the East Pakistan. He
even threatened to Lord Mount Baton that whole Peninsula will
burn like wild fire and the existing violence is not even a fraction
of it. It was Jinnah’s total non co-operation that the India was
partitioned in a short notice even the army combined with Muslims
and Hindus were not aware of the partition, though in principal
Gandhi has given his full consent to partition on 16th June 1946
agreeing to divide the country between Muslims & Hindus
exclusively for Muslims after Jinnah threatened and announced
direct action plan for separate Pakistan.
At that time Jinah was not even aware of that Hindu King
Maharaja Harisingh the ruler of majority dominated Muslim State
i.e. Jammu & Kashmir and its Prime Minister Shaikh Abdulla did
not like even to associate either with Paskistan or with India, based
on Muslims or Hindu religion rather both were interested
altogether independent country consisting of 5 States of which 2

are in POK and remaining 3 are merged with India. Both the Hindu
Maharaja of Dogra origin and his Muslim Prime Minister wanted
Kashmir to be independent country alternatively to be governed as
dominion state under the British Empire. The question of any
independence was never raised during and before the partition by
both the leaders or for that matter in the treaty of partition. Even
the question of dispute pertaining to Kashmir was deemed resolved
till Pakistani intelligence disguise as Kabails from NWP were sent
to occupy a peaceful estate of Maharaja by M. Ali Jinah even
though he was on death bed.
The very nomenclature “Pakistan” is
known to very few people. Pakistan
means land of pure. In Islam except
Muslims all are impure despite the fact
most of the people in the Muslim
countries hardly take bath in their
lifetime, except washing their feet and
hands before performing Namaz. The
purity in Islam is faithfulness to God and
that too only Allah. All others are
unfaithful and impure.

Though Jinnah gave Indian Muslims a
separate nation for pures, in return
Pakistan who is called Jinah as father of
nation, disowned him as impure. Not
because he was a Pork eater or taking
alcohol but because he came from a clan
called – “Khoja”. Khojas and Ahmadis
were regarded by the Islam as non-
muslim, even in Pakistan the Khojas were
governed by the Hindu Succession Act
and not Muslim Law of Succession, till
such time one of Ahmadi contributed
Atomic Bomb to Islamic nation.
The author’s view has resurfaced in the Bombay High Court, were
Jinnah’s daughter married to Neville Wadia Parsi converted to
Christianity claimed Jinnah’s colonial bungalow at Malbar Hill
claiming inheritance under the “Hindu Succession Act” since the
property cannot be inherited by the Muslim daughter of deceased
and strictly prohibited under the Islamic law as in Islam the
deceased’s daughter have no right over the father’s property, after
his death. Moreover the Jinnah’s property was also registered by
written “WILL” executed by Jinnah himself, bequeathing his

Malbar Hill Bunglow to his sister Fatima B. Jinah, angered after
his daughter married to non-Muslim i.e. Parsi Christian and the
house subsequently acquired after the partition by Govt. of India as
enemy property. The Writ claiming the property by his 91 yrs old
daughter is still pending on the ground, at Bombay High Court, to
decide whether the Khojas are Muslims or not and that they are
governed by the Hindu Succession Act or not? The Writ Petition
was amended by the 91 years old daughter of Jinnah, Dina
claiming Malbar Hill property owned and left behind by Jinnah,
declared as enemy property by the Govt. of India claiming Dina
Wadia is a British National. The original petition giving effect and
operation of Muslim unmarried women i.e. FatimaJinnah the sister
of Mohmad Ali Jinnah chellaging the inheritance right is still
pending before the court to decide the rightful owner of enemy
property. The Writ was subsequently modified by deleting her
name altogether and daughter stepped into the shoes claiming his
secular father’s property. Probably the whole matter was financed
by Nusli Wadia a grandson of Jinnah also a British citizen and
close relative of late Feroz Gandhi (husband of Indira Gandhi) who
has eye on thousand crores rupees property of his grandfather
Jinnah to open a Five Star hotel on the Hill, cannot be ruled out.
One of the probabilities is as soon as property is bequeathed to
Jinnah’s daughter; the entire property will be passed on to Nusli

Wadia either by “WILL” or inheritance once the claim of Dina
Wadia is endorsed by Bombay High Court.
The role of Gandhi dynasty as one of the beneficiary in business
deal and / or relative of Gandhis as one of the benefactors to be
added subsequently cannot be ruled out and to achieve this
objective, through the shelter of Hon. High Court and the
involvement of Jaswant Singh, the Gandhi dynasty and Nusli
Wadia could not have found a better person than Jaswant Singh a
most eminent leader of BJP projecting his views to glorify Jinnah
through his book and creating a favorable atmosphere in favor of
Jinnah, before the final curtain is opened from the stage glorifying
the butcher appointed by vegetarian priest to propitiate god to
sacrifice holy animal.
The timing that the entire book was almost ready for release, two
years back, when the matter was posted for hearing before Bombay
High Court for a sad story of Jinnah, who fought for the cause of
Muslim to massacre millions of Hindus to be father of Pakistan
and property claimed by his Muslim turned Parsi turned Christian
daughter taking shelter of Hindu Succession Act to regain crores of
rupees worth of land, glorifying Jinnah patriotic / secular for the
cause of united India by the eminent BJP leader and blaming

Sardar Patel as conspirator to divide Hindu land was not only
distortion of history but it is a sad state of affairs of Hindu mindset
and under no circumstances would have digested. The sad story of
millions of Hindus who lost their ancestor’s land and their near and
dear’s life cannot be set aside even by our judiciary taking a view
to favor Jinnha’s daughter.
However, Jinnah till death remained a
faithful Muslim by changing his clothes
from western style to Sherwani and FEZ
cap which subsequently became the
national dress of Pakistan. The bottom
part below the “vest” also known as
“Chudidar”, however, changed to
“Salwar” (Awami Salwar Kameez)
normally worn by the Indian women and
it is still a national dress of Pakistan. This
is the only equality in Pakistan where
both man and woman at least have a
common dress code below the waist
without any discrimination based on sex.

The concept of separate Islamic country was in fact not started
from North India, where the communal riots were common but it
was the State of Malbar (Now Kerala) in 1917 when the “Keralite
Muslims” known as “Kakas” took a huge “Flag March” with green
flag demanding a separate land for Muslims most of them migrated
to Pakistan and subsequently returned to India. Though the
description of land was not defined the idea of separate Country or
State was sprouted, because of rigid caste system of Keralite
Nambudri who practically owned entire land of Kerala and the
agriculture only source of income, the lower caste Hindus were
converting to Christianity at alarming rate but the Muslim also
lured some lower caste Hindus, who in turn to become Sailor and
few had matrimonial alliance with Arabs. The Arabs were regular
traders in the State of Malabar, making converts altogether faithful
through the ideology of Islamic Culture, they married several
Hindu women in Kerala and made Malabar sea shore as their
resting place with their Concubines, during their business visit to
Malabar.
The Muslim League was formed in Bengal and spread to Bihar and
Uttar Pradesh, the idea of separate nation of Pakistan had nothing
to do with Jinnah but he was definite instrumental for giving final
shape under his leadership and architect for crime committed on

Hindus and Sikhs during his 31 years of pre-independence
violence as President of Muslim League. The concept that Jinnah
was secular and wanted a federation for Muslim within India is
unheard anywhere in the history book, in any achieves or there is
any confidentiality attached to this concept but it is true that at one
stage Jinnah wanted a dominion state with British taking care of
defence, finance and the role of Muslim and Hindu to run the
country in rotation. Jaswant Singh’s concept that Jinnah was
secular is nothing more than his opinion and definitely not history.
The word secular or equality is neither anywhere in Jinnah’s life
nor is it the concept of Islam which Jinnah believes and practiced
making a history by altering the geography.

PART – II
The Muslims left behind in India after the partition formed
separate Muslim League, but continued to adopt separate culture
and identity rather than assimilating with the mainstream, and
right from the independence till today are only alliance to the
Indian Congress Party. However, they never in any way
contributed to the national cause. The Congress Party found a huge
vote bank and had privilege to rule India with Nehru/Gandhi
dynasty and the Congress Clan found that wounded prisoners
abandoned or left behind by his retreating army is more obedient
and faithful, at least to the ruler, without any special privilege. The
Muslim in India had similar status that now represents the Jinnah’s
Pakistan in India, though they were never faithful to the
development of India and has contributed only violence, terrorism,
crime, damages to the national property, killing innocents and
defying the National Anthem openly.

AND despite their clear association with anti-social elements like
SIMI, Jamiat-E-Ulema, Jamait – E – Islam, Daoband School,
Barelvi School, Ahi-I-Hadith School, which represent Sunni Sect
and Pro-Pakistani element and believe in the ideology of Al-Kaida
(Rule of Islam) based on WAHABI ideology of hate and
ruthlessness as well as Imam Shafai School Sect, Dawoodi Bohra
which are pro-Iranian sect believe in Shia culture of Islamic
ideology of Hizbulla, but have pro-western outlook, almost all are
opposed to proposed amendment to be made by forming
Madarasa Board for social reform and uniform Civil Code for
the Indian Muslims.
The only exception is the Bohra School forcefully converted to
Islam from Brahmins from State of Gujarat, who have small
contribution with development of the India though half of them
migrated to Pakistan and are confined to the business community
and believe in pro-western culture being influenced by their leader,
who is French citizen and staunch supporter of reforming his clan.
All minority Muslims are privileged citizens of Indian, since
independence. Most of them holding highest post like President,
Ministers, Chief Justices etc. but believe and practice Muslim

Personal Law but when it comes to criminal jurisprudence, they
are opposed to Sheriat Law for Muslims and prefer a very lenient
Muslim Law at least for divorce, Succession and bigamy,
maintenance of Divorced wife and children and in gross contrast
to the common religious code for their advantage, wherever they
find it suitable.
This is in gross contrast to RSS which is projected as racist
organization despite there is not a single incident of involvement in
any religious riots or anti-national activities, even the Senior most
Judges or Bureaucrats who had courage to attend the social
meeting of RSS are treated as national threat. Some of them have
lost their jobs due to their membership and social association with
RSS, not even single RSS supporter who are known for its honesty
have been elevated into national stream or as a Judge of High
Court or Supreme Court, Ambassador, Governor or representative
of UN Council, not even, when the BJP was in power compared to
Muslims with their destructive mentality enjoy practically all
benefits, even the Hindu children / infants killed by pressing

Vice-Chancellor. This is all in addition to the free Urdu School,
subsidized ration for their large families etc. at the cost of Hindu
and Sikh refugees, who are the only tax-payers. Surprisingly, these
Hindu refugees have to migrate and they are working as Non-
resident Indians, so that they can contribute almost 25% of national
income by doing menial job abroad, so the minority can be pleased

in return for their votes. Our national Air Carrier subsidized as
much as 80% of the fare for about 1.60 lakhs Muslims to fulfill
their lifetime desire to visit HUZ Pilgrimage, whereas Hindus /
Sikhs / Budhist monuments and religious places destroyed by the
Muslim invaders are left untouched without even minor repair due
to lack of funds, leave aside any subsidy for pilgrimage.
The contribution of these anti-social organizations is limited to
running Madrasas, which is breeding institution of terrorists. The
WAKF board is managing the looted property of Hindus / Jains for
centuries for the benefit of minorities and it is exempted from the
tax compared to minority in Pakistan were Hindu minority have to
pay religious tax “Jizia” for being minority.
Most of the cultural organizations representing Muslim faith in
India, are busy developing and renovating Dargahs and Mazar to
promote black magic / superstitious practice or blocking the busy
roads, time and again to perform Sandals and Kawwalis. The
Mazar / Dargah which is taboo in Islam is managed by various self
proclaimed Muslim saints called “Babas” wearing green dress and
performing magic with the peacock feather in hand, almost all
ceremonies are headed and inaugurated by at least one of our
national leaders who are from majority community, mostly from

banned but also an offence. The only industry benefited from this
ritual is our textile industry, who repurchase the “Chadar” covered
over the Mazar / Dargah and resold again and again. None of the
Muslim Dargahs or institutions has any sanitation provision. The
smell of toxic waste is suppressed with flavored candles. However,
on every Friday majority devotees are standing in queue to offer
Niyaz (free food).
At one estimate there are about 1 lakh Dargahs in India and
Muslim Monuments of unknown Muslim preachers of Islam, right
in the centre of roads, creating severe traffic problems and they are
protected religious places, unlike in Saudi Arabia birth place of
Islam were the grave of dead king is unheard of. The Indian
Muslims always look to Pakistan before starting fast of Ramzan
though the sun rises from the east, definitely it was not the dream
of M. Ali Jinnah who wanted a progressive Muslim nation over the
Hindus and was not able to digest working with or under the
Hindus, for him they were born to be slaves for one race or
another. Very few people know that Jinnah never know how to
speak Urdu which is the national language of Pakistan. Never
fasted during Ramzan, and had no interest in the ritual of Islamic
religion. It is known fact that Jinnah invited Mount Batten on

honor Mount Batten knowing well that it was a fasting month for
the Muslims.
Jinnah in his deed and in his speech was more Muslim and more
articulated, he had two faces of coin, fanatic Islam in his speech
but schizophrenic in his deed. Even his own sister Fatima could
not understand him. He was truly a split personality.
Naturally, the RSS with unquestionable patriotism could not bear
any comparison of Sardar Patel with Mohd. Ali Jinah. For RSS it
was making a Hitler or Eichman, savior / messiah of Jews and
totally un-acceptable. There can never be any comparison with a
defense Advocate paid to deceive jury in the Court only to gain
money and fame with a prosecution who rely only on honesty and
integrity, without any monetary gain and bound to lose despite his
matter based on merit, though both Sardar Patel and Jinnah were
Barristers from the same school of law.
We presume that none of the BJP leaders or Pakistanis has read the
book of Jaswant Singh, however, the publicity of book has two
major ingredients. First it criticized Sardar V. Patel as a
contributor of the partition and seconds the heading of book –

starting with Jinnah, in between the line defining Jinnah not
responsible for partition and secular – a blatant lie.
Though the book might not have contributed much in favor of
Jinnah, but it was “H. Bomb” waiting to be exploded, for and
against the Islamic republic of Pakistan for creating perpetual
violence, repeated invasion of Indian territory, killing of innocent
Indian, first under the leadership of Jinnah in pre-independent days
and subsequently by the present ruler and spreading hatred for
India and Indians, more particularly, against the majority
community Hindu / Sikh / Jain after the partition giving only one
explanation that Muslims are discriminated in India and “the
Pakistan is the only legitimate protector of Indian Muslims in
India”. The fact that whatever the Asian community had special
respect was also lost due to Pakistani sponsored “Hate India
Campaign” in 50’s though it was misfired when Europeans started
addressing Asian as Pakis.
Though entire concept is totally wrong and cause of resentment of
RSS, who practically had nothing to do either with Nehru or Patel,
both were staunch congressmen. In fact, it was Sardar Patel who
banned the RSS, after assassination of Mahatma Gandhi and it was
Nehru who lifted the ban on RSS on condition that RSS shall not

take part in any political activities and remain a social organization
of Hindus. Though the idea of lifting the ban by Nehru was more
political to keep away allied class educated Hindus, participating
in the politics as such all of them were opposed to the policy of
Nehru, lifting the ban by Nehru on RSS was to isolate Hindus, so
that legacy of Nehru could be popularized as secular. The legacy of
Nehru turned the legacy of dynasty and still hunts in the heart of
Hindus rather than secular republic, India is now a dynasty

The nation was partitioned on the basis of
two nation theory, Muslims for Pakistan
and Hindus for India. It is an
international treaty by two leaders who
subsequently headed their nation. The
role of Britishers was nothing more than
the role of Registrar of Registration. Why
after 62 years of independence the
partition treaty signed by M. Ali Jinnah
for and on behalf of Muslim and
Jawaharlal Nehru for others (except
muslims) is never made public, which
affected millions. The treaty is not a

has a right to know extract of original
text. Not only it must be made public this
being historical document but it must be
taught in educational institutions and
should be remembered in letter and spirit
by reminding the consequences of
partition, from the Red Fort on every
Independent Day. What annoyed the
Hindus most that the Hindus were forced
out of their ancestor’s land so that Islam
can flourish but the Hindus have to live
much below the living standard in their
own motherland worst than beggars in
the country they regarded as their
homeland. Jinnah might have spoken
equal opportunity for majority Hindus to
be extended to fraction of left over
minority in Pakistan, including Hindu or
Sikh for not denying any right to the
Hindus in Pakistan but nowhere in the
Islamic Republic of Pakistan it is either

practiced or it is defined in its
constitution.
The pathetic plea of Hindus refugees in their own land as well as in
the land of their ancestors, occupied by the invader, without any
help from Govt. of India and living decades in the huts next to
railway line in isolation fearing atrocity of Indian Muslims can be
seen in the refugee camp of Kashmiri Pandits and Sindhi Hindus
still being migrated to India. The pathetic condition of Hindu
refugees from Bangladesh in Mana Camp in Chattisgarh -
Chandrapur Camp Maharastra, demonstrate the condition and
rehabilitation after 62 yrs by Indian Govt. is deplorable.
Furthermore tax of Jizia imposed on Sikhs and Hindus also known
as “Kafir” in the heartland of secular Jinnah, demolition of
Hindu temples in Sindh province and historical monuments of
Baniyan the world heritage of Budhist does not require any further
explanation. It is revival of Aurangjeb’s ethics against the
Hindus / Budhist. Even though, Jaswant Singh describes Jinnah
and its Pakis as secular.
The role of our Government is most disgusting. The Govt. of India
pay about Rs.3600/- per month to Kashmiri Muslims who suffered
their business losses caused by their Pakistani brothers for

terrorism compared to only Rs. 1600/- per month for Kashmiri
Pandits, who lived in the camps or across the railway tracks
consisting of huts in most inhuman condition after being suffered
atrocity from these people and living side by side for centuries and
before foregoing property of ancestors.
The Jinnah’s dream of Pakistan for
Muslim has achieved nothing for either
Indian or Pakistani Muslims. The two
nation theory by Jinnah, Nehru Patel is
blackest day for both the nations. In fact,
the independence declared on 14 th /15 th
August 1947 was the darkest day of the
month i.e. “Amavashya”, the day
forbidden by Hindus to celebrate. After
independence none of the countries
including Bangladesh (East Pakistan) has
done anything to improve the cause of
common man. The achievements in this
part of world is rampant corruption in all
the three countries and total failure of law
and order machinery, more particularly,
in Police and judiciary. Efficiency in the

Court is taken over by politics and delay,
the reservation and security in
Government job is insured against the
bribe from top to bottom unheard before
the independence.
The net spending on salaries alone in all three countries is 60% and
above of total tax collection. In the word of former Prime Minister
Rajiv Gandhi only 8 rupees out of 100 ultimately reaches for
development. All the 3 countries put together spend about 8 % of
GDP on armed forces out of which 40 to 50% is allocated for
military hardware to be imported from our old masters; rest goes
for salaries and overhead of armed forces. Overall 0.2% of total
GDP is spent on R&D against 3% in US / Europe and 6% in
China. Export in all the 3 countries put together never exceeded
360 B. Dollars p.a. against 475 B. Dollar per quarter in China or
2.56 trillion dollars per annum highest in the world with exactly
150 Crores population each put together by India, Pakistan and
Bangladesh equal to exactly 150 Crores population in China, who
got independence in 1948 i.e. one year after India, the three Asian
countries are among the poorest in the world, contributing major
portion of their economy on military hardware or fighting either
internal unrest or each other for the last 62 years. The deficit in

India alone stand at 120 B Dollars. So was the dream of secular
Jinnah.
The Parallel economy in these 3 countries has made few ultra rich
and Courts are busy deciding political litigations. On the other
hand billions of dollars lying in the foreign banks by these
countries in black money speak altogether different story of
common man, earning less than dollar per day and 5 to 6% of GDP
simply disappear in the form of subsidy. All the 3 countries are
dependent on PSU undertakings working in monopoly,
inefficiency and rampant corruption, which is a foundation of all
the 3 nations whose development is decided on doles and loans.
One financial investigation carried out by USA about 2000 B.
dollars are lying in different foreign banks by Indian alone which
is equal to all the unaccounted money put together by the other
nations, out of which 1450 B. dollars are in Swiss Bank alone.
Almost half the amount of total national income of our Muslim
neighbors is unaccounted for. The parallel economy in 3 countries
is 30% white and 70% black and 40% of the revenue in all the
countries collected from income tax and sales tax are needed for
maintaining the tax collecting machinery only.

On one estimate if foreign exchange earned by ex-partiate working
on a meager salary abroad under the inhuman condition is stopped
probably all the 3 countries will have no money to purchase fuel
and food. The Muslim fanatics all over the world mostly ultra rich
migrants or permanent residents including Arab Shaikh, Iranian
Radicals, even the Indian Muslims mostly the Mafia contribute
over 5 billion dollar to Pakistan per annum to fight for the cause of
“Jihad” in addition to 13 billion dollar generated out of opium
trade in NEWP. The entire amount is diverted to the Communist
block for purchase of weapons through ISI for training terrorists as
well as promoting internal unrest in various countries like
Afghanistan, the biggest sufferer is India. Even the Islamic
Pakistan is not spared. The short fall in finance if any, is
compensated by printing counterfeit Indian currency in Pakistani
press at Peshawar and circulated through Nepal, Bangladesh and
Sri Lanka through the Pakistani’s official C & F Agency ISI.
Alternatively, selling stolen Nuclear Technology of Dutch firm to
Pro-Pakistan friendly Countries.
Despite so much of funds available not a single Pakistani rupee is
spent on woman’s education, health care and promoting common
man’s living standard of life. The family planning in Jinnah’s
Pakistan is taboo. Birth and death ratio is now above 4 per

thousand in Pakistan against 1 in China and 2.1 to 2.9 in India. Girl
Educational Institutes are blown up and minor girls are sold like
cattle after 62 years from the formation of Islamic Republic. We
are sure this was neither a dream of Jinnah nor Nehru / Patel. The
dream of Jinnah for Muslim extinguished in 1948 with his death.
The state of Pakistan is different story altogether. As a Muslim and
father of Pakistan, if Jinnah could see his vision from his grave, his
corpus will weep, Jaswant Singh’s justification to call a Jinnah
secular cannot be digested by common man suffering due to
Jinnah’s legacy of partition and pathetic plea of his own people in
Jinnah’s country leave aside the condition of minority Hindus /
Sikhs in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

INDIA’S PARTITION JUSTIFY COUNTRY TO BE DECLARED NON-MUSLIM DEMOCRACY
PART – III
Jinnah always viewed openly in 1940 that Hindus and Muslims are
two different religions, cultures and background and cannot be
expected to live together. It is in fact not the Hindus or Indians but
with all the countries where Islam and other culture / religion co-
exist like Ethiopia, Philippines, Congo and erstwhile
Czechoslovakia, Chechnya, Lebanon, Palestine even in China and
many other nations’ presence of other religion is not tolerated by
the Muslims. The bloody fighting is going on practically in every
part of the world and demonstrate that Islam is most intolerable
religion and ever since their presence as an invader in India, life of
Hindus living in their own land is nothing more than slaves and at
this juncture calling Jinnah secular by a Hindu writer, Jaswant
Singh a Rajput whose race suffered most and sacrificed their
many generations due to atrocities of Muslim and specially to
Jinnah known as “Butcher of Hindus,” is blatant lie.

It is distortion of history by Jaswant Singh. In fact, right word for
Jinnah, engraved in the heart, who came as a refugee from Pakistan
is “Ruthless Butcher” of Hindus and Sikhs. Even the Muslims left
behind in India to co-exist with Hindus after partition mostly
agreed to this view. However, best to their tradition, they cannot
resist placing Bomb in the train, helping terrorists and indulging in
almost all the crimes like hijacking aircraft, circulating counterfeit
currency and extortion through Muslims mafia for Pakistan. There
is no crime which is not committed or contributed in India to a
country they call as their ancestor’s land, after being migrated only
700 years back from behind the hills of Afghanistan. The actual
contribution by Indian Muslims is limited to voting for Congress
Party or Samajwadi Party which is more of a stage managed
gimmick played every 5 years for lust of power.
Why we as Indian non-Muslim should not give serious thought for
the 2nd Partition of disputed question of Kashmir valley, based on
international treaty of partition, which claims “Muslim for
Pakistan and Hindus for India” by evoking the intervention of
international court of justice. Partition in any way is international
treaty by two independent and sovereign countries divided on the
basis of religion only, it cannot be revoked or mis-interpreted by

the Gandhi’s view that Indian will never be only Hindu Nation on
the basis of discussion held with Lord Mt. Bettan in 1946.
Gandhi’s view do not form part of the treaty nor the same can be
interpreted in favor of Muslims, rather it must be interpreted in
favor of those who lost their near and dears, due to partition and
are son of soil and look to India as only Hindu country, by
isolating Muslims who are living on subsidy of Non-Muslim
Indian i.e. Hindus / Sikhs, so that India can use its resources for
betterment of masses by displacing invaders and absorbing
millions of Hindus who wants to be part of Hindu culture by
declaring India as “Non-Muslim Democracy” AND depriving
the Muslims in India for their nationality or giving them joint
nationality of Pakistan & Bangladesh but right to live as guest
worker in India by taking away right to vote similar to issuing
Green Card to Asians in US.
The same can be reciprocated by Pakistan and Bangladesh by
giving Hindus similar status, so in phased manner they can sale
their immovable property and transfer their asset from India or
vise-versa in systematic manner rather than killing each other, if
not at least by banning purchase of immovable property in India
and vise-versa as done in the State of Kashmir for non-Kashmiri.
Talking co-existence with failed Islamic Republic of Pakistan or

Bangladesh built by Jinnah on blood of Hindus and depriving the
Hindus left behind with least minimum concept of leaving is
mockery of human rights in Pakistan and Bangladesh and cannot
be justified by admitting illegal Bangladeshi Muslim refugees in
perpetuity and / or interfering the Pakistani involvement in
Kashmir justifying Muslim majority population on the basis of
equality. This problem must be solved once and for all, in the
interest of nation by declaring India Non-Muslim country and
Muslims as Non-resident guest of Muslim Origin ( NRGoMO).
The hatred against the Hindus can be well seen for the minorities
when the entire properties of Hindu minorities in Bangladesh was
confesticated and despite lakhs of Indian army fought and
sacrificed their lives for Independence of Bangladesh, the property
right has not been reinstated. It has been confesticated without any
compensation by passing a Bill called “Vested Property Act 1974”
only Hindu’s property was confesticated.
There could be no comparison of sub-standard tactics to please
minorities for their votes. When in “All India Muslim Conference
of Jamia – Ulema – E - Hind” our Home Minister was invited
and a Resolution was passed in his presence that “Vande
Mataram” is anti-Muslim and it should be discarded by the

Muslims. All photographs of Home Minister sitting with the
Ulema were forbidden for publication. The Home Minister
subsequently denied hearing such resolution. This is how the
nation is run by the Home Ministry, whose foundation is based on
marriage of convenience policy to please the minority.
The Jamiat-Ulema-e Hind passed a resolution at its annual meeting
in Deoband Assembly asking minorities of the community not to
recite Vande Mataram and supported by seminary Darul Uloom’s
edict which opposes the Vande Matarm as UN-ISLAMIC. This
happened in Bareilly where a Deoband Seminary gathering took
place opposing the National Anthem “Vande Mataram”. What is
more important that our Home Minister to whom we compare with
Sardar V. Patel was physically present and was silent spectator to
the whole episode. His presence and silence has been best
described by the Janata Party President Subramanyam Swamy in
his word as under:
“By being silent on the occasion,
Chidambaram has disgraced the
chair occupied by Sardar Patel and
betrayed the freedom fighters who

Mataram”
In 1983 in the Bijoy Emmaneel case, a constitutional bench upheld
the dismissal of student refusing to sing the national anthem. With
the refusal to honor the Vande Mataram as the national song, the
Deoband Assembly has committed an act of treason.
What is more surprising is that Yoga Guru Ramdeobaba calling
himself to be a representative of Hindus was a mute spectator, an
invitee in the same meeting but had no courage to even oppose the
same. This is despite the fact that Muslim regard Yoga as totally
un-Islamic.
We must compare this type of uncivilized behavior with some of
patriotic organization fighting for the cause of majority Hindus like
“Abhinav Bharat” wherein Sadhvi Pradhnya Singh Thakur has
been kept in the prison in most inhuman condition, first in POTA
Court and now at Nashik Central Jail without any justification of
her involvement in Malegaon Blast as well as charging “Sanathan
Sanstha” a religious and social organization alleging them a
terrorist, both the organization cannot be compared with various
Muslim organizations who actually indulge in destroying national

properties as well as killing innocents and openly boost their
involvement in the crime.
The right image of secular Jinnah can be seen in Pakistan,
Bangladesh, most of Middle East countries and fanatic Muslim
institutions where portrait of Jinnah hanging next to the ruler /
head of the country, Jinnah is seen standing with one foot on a
Lion with Rifle in his hand over the killed Cow by Lion to project
how much hatred these Muslims have towards Hindus. Even in
London most of the Eating Houses / Hotels owned by Pakistani /
Bangladeshi national or Indian Muslim have similar portrait
hanging at the counter itself. In contrast in India where a Painter
MF Hussain a 95 year old, now living in Doha, State of Qatar
involved in painting nude “Saraswati”, the Goddess of Wisdom,
and most worshipped Goddess by Hindus, is not only allowed to
exhibit such painting in the heart of Hindu society but Government
is also willing to provide him security cover if he wishes to return
to India. Does MF Hussain have courage to project such paintings
on the females who were wives and mothers of his Prophet? Even
in India, if he does this, the Indian Muslims will not spare his life.

How we will teach our distorted history to the next generation for
actual deeds of our leaders or for what is happening? It is for our
Government to decide, after all happening is history and not doing.
Once the Akali leader (dismissed IPS officer) leveled as terrorist
for Khalistan movement namely SS Man has openly criticized the
Indian Govt’s policy in his words as under:
“Think India in general and Waste / Uncultivated
baron land of Punjab, given to Sikhs and Hindu
Punjabi refugees and developed by them after
partition parting their fertile land, so that invader
Muslim can live in comfort on the land of our
ancestors and the Jinnah’s legacy of separate
Muslim Nation resulting partition less 220 Million
Indian Muslims left behind in India at the
expense of these refugees + additional 20 Million
Muslim refugees illegally migrated from
Bangladesh to be fed at the tax-payers expenses
for the last 62 years, where the India stands? No
less than South Korea or Japan, forget about
China”

The legacy of Jinnah’s dream partition for Muslims cannot die
simply with book of Jaswant Singh by distorting history with his
opinion– Jinnah was Patriotic or Secular, it is for history to judge
which is still fresh in the hearts of Hindu / Sikh refugees, the right
word will be “criminal”. After all history “is happening” or what
has happened in the past.
It is said that Jaswant Singh has not written the book at all though
it carries his name with Jinnah’s photo affixed on the front page,
the book is probably financed by Nusli Wadia, grandson of Jinnah
and British national living in India to protect his land and property
and known as Parsi Pakistani turned British Indian to control his
Textile business in Bombay. His involvement in contract killing of
Ambanis, his business rival is still in the police record. The book is
probably written and compiled by the several Pakistani writers and
it is extract from the book of AYISHA JALAL a Pakistani writer
on Jinnah’s biography, Jaswant Singh is merely a scape goat to be
sacrificed for the political ritual.
Lifting ban on the book by the Gujrat High Court is gross miss-
carriage of justice. “Distortion of History is nothing more than
personal opinion of Jaswant Singh” and any opinion with object of
confirming distorted history to hurt the sentiments of Hindus who

lost their near and dears due to legacy of Jinah even by the High
Court is nothing more than opinion confirming opinion and
cannot be termed as fair justice, as such law and order problem
arises due to false justification and opinion by the Court, over
lifting of ban on the book under the pretext of freedom of speech is
not within the scope of judiciary, but it is Executive power of State
Government and cannot be termed as infrinchment of freedom of
speech and expression. If the same interpretation is applied why
the Nathuram Godse’s book justifying assassination of Gandhi was
banned for the last 60 years and why the book written by Muslim
Bangladesh author Taslima Nasrin “Lajja” is banned in West
Bengal. Does the Court in Gujarat and West Bengal have different
set of interpretation? The opinion of High Court in the form of
judgment to lift the ban on Jaswant Singh’s controversial book and
language copied from the extract of the privy Councils cannot be
termed fair judgment.
The judgment by the Hon. High Court, Gujarat is an opinion
endorsing the opinion of writer and cannot revert the history. There
is no alternate to the history that the geography of India was altered
in two nation’s policy in the form of separate nation based on
religion at the misery of Hindu / Sikh refugee by the architect and

fanatic founder of Pakistan Mohmad Ali Jinnah, whose grave is in
a national monument of massacre of Hindus.
CONVERT JINAH HOUSE – MUSEUM OF PARTITION
VICTIMS
PART – IV
The matter pertaining to Jinah’s House at Malbar Hill which was
bequeathed by Jinnah to his sister Fatima B after being agitated by
his daughter married to Parsi Christian, is still sub-judice in the
High Court of Bombay. The said house was declared by Govt. as
enemy property after the partition, when Jinnah left for Pakistan
never to return and subsequent claims were rejected on the basis of
registered “will”. Though it is claimed by the daughter of Jinnah
living in London as inherited property in succession, Jinnah being
a Khoja, pleaded her daughter’s lawyer before the Bombay High
Court, is governed by the Hindu Succession Act.
Incidentally the Bombay High Court admitted the Petition filed by
Dina Wadia, daughter of M. Ali Jinnah to stake claim as “the only

the date Millions of people, more particularly, the Hindus were
deprived of their living from what is now the Pakistan, never to get
back, either the property or the land, which was their homeland
from the date this earth was formed, so that Jinnah’s follower can
move in. The Dina Wadia is now 91 years old and resides in US.
She left UK for a more liberal society. She moved High Court
exactly 3 years ago with her controversial demand. She has
challenged 60 year old Notification of Indian Government that
defined Jinnah House as “Evacuee Property” and took its
possession.
The Government says Jinnah has willed his house to his sister
Fatima on May 1933. Dina Wadia and her lawyer has been
denying the existence of registered will. In what has turned into 3
way fight. The High Court has also admitted the Petition filed by
Jinnah’s grand nephew Mohmad Ibrahim and his son staking an
independent claim to the house that Jinnah rebuilt. Their counsel
Yusuf Muchala explained that under Muslim law, they were legal
heir of Fatima Jinnah and hence entitled to the property.
Justice D K Deshmukh and Justice N D Deshpande immediately
admitted the petition and posted for final hearing on September 23,
2010. The Judges allow Central Govt. to carry out restoration work

without making structural changes. The Govt. will however, have
to give 4 weeks advance notice to Dina Wadia, if she wishes to use
the property and occupy it in order to challenge Govt’s notification
that it was enemy property. Why the Court remained silent to the
limitation is also a mystery that the final use of Banglow should be
subject to the outcome of petition, the Govt. simply claimed that
the Govt. itself needed the premises as such this being heritage
property was earmarked for South Asia Centre for Art and Culture.
Art and Culture is forbidden in Muslim Society. It is taboo. How
the property of a person who divided the country causing almost
40 Million Hindus and Muslims made them displace and homeless
can represent the Art & Culture is beyond imagination of common
man to understand. However, it is highly unlikely that our Court
will not favor Dina Wadia. It may attract displeasure of Govt.
(Nehru Dynasty) Parsies and Muslims.
This is despite the facts that the Gandhi was assassinated after
outburst of anger by Hindus after Gandhi took up a fast to press his
demand that Indian Govt. should pay the share of Pakistan laying
with Indian Central bank, the demand which was rejected by the
cabinet after Pakistan attacked the Kashmir, this was end of
tolerance by the Hindu organization when India decided to pay.

The reaction of Hindu masses will be violent if the property is
restored by Court to the Wadia.
The Govt. should first notify whether property belongs to evacuee
who has migrated to Pakistan and legitimate legal heir Fatima
Jinnah who also left India never to return and called mother of
Pakistan and why it should not be define as enemy property.
The 1949 Notification state it is in the custody of custodian under
the Evacuee Property Act 1949. However, Government’s
declaration clearly state it is enemy property. The question before
the people of this country is why our Courts entertain this matter
after a lapse of 63 years and the right of Govt. to transfer the
criminals property which otherwise would have been confesticated
by the Govt. similar to notorious gangster Dawood Ibrahim’s
property and what made our judiciary to shy from not entertaining
the Petition in the initial stage only. The repercussion for the
Judgement is not going to be smooth. There are strong Hindu
organization like RSS, Shiv Sena, VHP and Abhinav Bharat etc
they will surely retaliate making law and order problem in Mumbai
and elsewhere in India. It will be another bomb waiting to explode
as soon as judgment is delivered

Simultaneously, Govt. of Pakistan has been requesting that this
property should be handed over to Pakistan Government to open
office of Charles d’ Affair or Visa Office for Pakistan. The matter
is being agitated before the Govt. of India as well as Bombay High
Court.
The very object of acquiring and claiming this property in the first
place is for monetary gain by the Wadia family and the second
reason is more of a political, than a necessity. Handing over
property to Pakistan Govt. will be open offer to established support
system for another 26/11 like attack, under the disguise of
diplomatic protection and handing over the property to Wadia will
go against the spirit of partition, wherein Millions of Hindus /
Sikhs were deprived of their property in Pakistan without any
compensation, because they were Hindus and have to vacate their
homeland so that displaced Muslims could be given shelter.
However, nothing is impossible when it comes to pleasing
minority. Both our Government and Courts are very liberal for the
cause of minority.
The timing of hearing the Petition in the High Court at Bombay
filed by daughter of Jinnah i.e. Dina Wadia on the basis of Hindu

Succession Act and its date of final hearing was so closely
synchronized with the release of book by the Author Jaswant
Singh that their appears to be a strong link for the release of book
patronizing Jinnah as secular and matter be heard in the Court, that
it appears that both must be interlinked to influence the outcome of
matter pertaining to Jinnah’s House.
Though the observation of Jaswant Singh has silent truth in his
book, that Indian National Congress never wanted J. Nehru to be
Prime Minister of India, it was Sardar Patel who was unanimous
choice of the whole party. However, there was a strong desire of
Jinnah to lead the country, which was opposed by J. Nehru, and
persuaded Mahatma Gandhi that he be nominated for the PM’s
post instead of Sardar Patel and left no choice for Jinnah except to
demand partition so that he is equally look as a supreme leader of
newly formed State - Pakistan.
The idea of forming a separate State once also creped in the mind
of Jinnah when a Dalit leader Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar
approached Jinnah with an offer of converting entire Dalit
community to Islam but Jinnah was immature politician. He was so
excited with the offer that he signed a blank paper and kept before
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar to write his conditions over it. The

action of Jinnah raised doubts in the mind of Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar and he subsequently changed his heart because in Islam
the status of female is unequal to man thereby leaving no option to
Jinnah but to seek partition exclusively for the Muslim
Community, after Sardar Patel instantly agreed to drop his claim
for the Prime Ministership requested by Gandhi.
The right and honest approach for solving the problem will be to
open Jinnah House for handing over to archeological department
for opening a Museum projecting the massacre of Sikhs and
Hindus sponsored by Mhd. Ali Jinnah, similar to Museum of
holocaust Jewish sufferer of Germany during World War - II in the
heartland of Jerusalem which is known as the “Yad-Vashem
History Museum” (Ani-Ma’ Amin ) the holocaust Museum
Jerusalem. The Govt. of India should invite Israeli Historian who
are architects of this Museum and made Jerusalem’s Museum one
of the prominent visiting locations for all foreigners visiting
Jerusalem. Not a single visitor even the Arabs, who comes out of
this Museum is seen weeping for the miseries of Jews, suffered in
the holocaust atrocities committed by the Germans during the
World War II.

It is because the Israeli Govt. has not only contributed entire
expenditure for the said Museum but has also put considerable
effort in bringing documentary evidence to substantiate the facts of
holocaust making the Museum as National Monument.
The second example is Constantinople AYA-SOFYA ( HAGIA-
SOPHIA ) Church of Divine Wisdom of Istambul, converted to
Mosque after the defeat of Christian ruler in Turkey. The Muslim
warrior decided against demolishing artifacts of Christianity which
are still preserved in the Mosque. Today it is a monument church
converted to Mosque-cum-Museum, contributing revenue for the
maintenance of historical Church converted Mosque. This is how
the history should be projected / exhibited and taught to the next
generation; opening of Museum right in the residence of a person
responsible for partition, will end entire controversy. The entire
text of partition must be displayed in the Museum and exhibited so
that whole world will know whether Jinnah was secular as
projected by Jaswant Singh or not and who was actually
responsible for the division of country.
In 6 day war in June 1967 with Jorden when the entire Jerusalem
was captured in war by Israelis they had every opportunity to
demolish AL AQ’SA ( Farthest ) Mosque, holiest for the Muslims
which was built on Jewish Temple after demolishing it, but Israeli

commander despite clear orders to destroy the Mosque decided
against it. After 6 day war the sides of Mosques except the front
entrance were dug by archeologist to substantiate that Mosque was
built after destroying the Jewish Temple. Today it is an historical
monument to substantiate that Jerusalem was Jewish State before
the Islam, unlike Hindus who rather than preserving Babri Masjid
destroyed it to build a temple, which will never be materialize or
built, thereby keeping a very bad example. How many Mosques
Hindus wish to destroy, after all every Mosque was built after
destroying one temple or another?
It is for Hindu organization to make a Trust do exactly the same
what Israelis have done. Rather than building a Ram Temple at
Ayodhya or several disputed Mosques built on temples in different
parts of India, Hindus must come forward and project the history
which is undisputed, whether Govt. likes it or not. This author is
confident if patriotic organizations stand for the cause of
“Partition Museum”, it will be a best tribute to the suffering of
partition victims / refugees in India.
We now look the difficulty posed by our neighbor on us due to
partition. The 1st major problem is pertaining to question of
Kashmir. The Kashmir at the time of partition consists of 5 States

i.e. Kashmir valley, Jammu, Ladakh, Hunza-Gilgit and Baltistan
(Shaksgam). However, when Pakistan attacked India with the help
of North West Tribals and entered into Kashmir valley, Kashmiri
people wanted to be independent either from Pakistan or from
India. However, in terms of treaty Maharaja Hari Singh the Dogra
ruler opted to merge with India supported by Prime Minister
Abdulla. By this time, the Pakistani army commanded disguised as
tribals and supported by NW Tribals captured two out of 5 states,
which remained De-juro line of disputed territory. Pakistan
claimed Kashmir on the basis of majority Muslim population, who
never wanted to join Pakistan and supported by Prime Minister
Abdulla. Kashmir part of India was pre-dominantly Muslim in
Kashmir valley, Hindu in Jammu and Budhist in Ladakh but
population strength of Kashmiri Muslim put together in Gilgit,
Kashmir Valley & Baltistan was higher. It is known fact that Jinah
himself ordered the attack on Kashmir. However, General Douglas
Gracey refused to follow the order. The matter would have been
settled had PM Nehru would not have gone to All India Radio and
announce agreement based on wishes of majority population who
were Muslims and consist of Kashmir Valley, Gilgit and Baltistan .
The broad cast was halted by Sardar Patel but by that time the
damage was done. The speech of J. Nehru i.e. one man show went
against the treaty of partition. The princely State joined with India

and Nehru’s speech on Radio created controversy which resulted
into dispute to be resorted by various wars / conflicts and terrorism
problem existed after 62 years of independence with no end of
solution to the problem. Even otherwise, solving one problem i.e.
“Land for Peace” with failed state of Pakistan will create another
controversy. There are several disputes especially Rann of Kutch,
Sir John Creek and Sea boundaries yet to be demarcated. Once one
problem is over, the fanatic state will raise another problem to
pressurize the weak Indian diplomacy for their advantage. The
right approach would be to seek intervention of International Court
of Justice and based on preamble clause of the object pregnant in
the treaty of partition and resort to demarcation problem under
International supervision and by giving Muslims in India a Joint
Nationality of Pakistan and Bangladesh by taking away right to
vote in India and further granting them guest status till such time
both sides interchange their population based on their citizen’s
religious choice and vise-versa..
The 2nd problem which is also created by Nehru dynasty is
Bangladesh, an erstwhile East Pakistan and strong supporter of
Islamic ideology. Bangladesh in comparison to Pakistan is more
fanatic state and ruthless, it cannot be compared with any civilized
nation as a result of extreme poverty mass Muslim population

entered into Assam with the help of corrupt politician /
bureaucracy in India and managed their name to be enlisted in the
Election Register. In fact, one of the major contributory was Ex-
Muslim President of India Fakruddin Ali Ahmed who helped
millions of minority to seek shelter on Indian soil. It has created a
severe problem within the State of Assam, as a result original
habitant have become hostile and additional load on armed forces
to control hostility created by our bureaucrats / politicians. Once
the matter is taken up in International Court of justice and the
nationality of population is defined on the basis of religion. The
problem of Bangladesh will also be solved itself.
The 3rd major problem is mass return of Bihari / UP Muslims after
creation of Bangladesh in to the State of Bihar/UP after
Bangladesh war in 1971 or from Pakistan legally or illegally
creating serious law and order problem in lawless state of
Bihar/UP, both the States are known for corruption of unparallel
scale. Among the most fertile states, the mineral rich and plenty of
water Bihar remained poorest of poor, forcing most population to
migrate to other states like Maharashtra, Assam & Punjab. Though
Punjab has benefited because of cheap and hard working labor,
there is serious resentment in the State of Maharashtra and atrocity
in Assam on Muslim and Non-Muslim both who are Non-

Assamese. Sadly, migration is not only limited to Muslim
population returned illegally and who are involved in all the crimes
and terrorism, it has also flourished through Madarsas creating
serious law and order problem. The corruption is so rampant in
State of Bihar, that 80% of the IPS Officers are selected from
Bihar cadres only who in turn are ambassadors of corruption
representing India’s image in the Police forces and giving multiple
growth to the corruption in the crime within Police and Judiciary.
Most of them opt for appointment outside the State of Bihar,
mostly in Maharashtra where with hand in gloves with politicians,
the corruption in Police is so rampant that the lives of common
man have become miserable. All this has to be reverted. The will
of bureaucrats and politicians is paramount to solve above problem
which is highly unlikely in the near future.
British India divided this continent into 3 Parts. Muslim for East &
West Pakistan which was subsequently again partitioned to
Pakistan and Bangladesh both remain Islamic Republic and India
for Non-Muslim. Britishers made suitable arrangement for Anglo
Indian community to have few reserve seats in the parliament. All
other things were left to Indians to decide which decided against
the preamble of partition to assimilate Muslim minority into Indian
society. Now if we see the total population of Muslim in 3

countries i.e. India, Pakistan & Bangladesh put together it
surpasses all other communities. Almost the similar No. of Muslim
population now reside in India equate to Bangladesh and Pakistan
put together and with open support to terrorism, the fanatics have
good ground to misuse the hospitality of India by the minority.
The day is not far away when Indian minority will demand a land
for peace by coherting Govt. within India based on their population
ratio thereby partitioning the country once again. The very object
therefore stand defeated for which the Partition was agreed upon
leaving no room for any further interpretation as there is full
justification to revise citizen status of minority Muslims in India.
Another problem which is created by the Govt. after partition
especially Indian National Congress is by consolidating the State
based on language. The linguistic based division of States has
created a severe hatred amongst the habitant of different States
who are residents of other States. It has overtaken the religious
difference. The problem first started when Maharashtra & Gujarat
was partitioned; there was lot of agitation against Gujarati
community who were resident especially in Mumbai. Most of them
closed their Mills / business and subsequently sold property for
hefty profit and shifted to Gujarat, where they flourished as
exclusive Gujarati State, which is now among the most favored

destination for the industry as well as prosperous state in India.
This created severe unemployment of the local Maharashtrian
masses. It is from here the local mafia was born. Subsequenly,
when Datta Samant was murdered, Shiv Sena took over the cause
of local first and subsequently the Marathi Manus and campaign
against South Indian was launched, which is now focused between
two fraction of Sena targeting UP and Bihari resident workers and
street hawkers who are crowding Mumbai for their livelihood.
Similarly, when Punjab was divided into Haryana and Himachal
Pradesh, the Akalies took up the cause of separate Sikh Country
for Sikhs and found our neighbors helping for the cause of separate
State with open offer of arms in return for violence which has
resulted in massacre of lakhs of Sikhs after Indira Gandhi was
killed by her Sikh bodyguard, though the Sikhs are part of Hindu
culture with different identity. Now the similar practice is going on
in Assam as well as in other States where in the appointment letter
most of the States have started endorsing the word in Domicile as
“outsider”. Similarly, in Nagaland one requires a special
permission to enter. The very purpose of independence is defeated
if Indians are termed as “outsiders” in their own country. This
policy of seedling “partition of partition” waiting to be
happened, the demand for Bodo land / Naga land and various

States in State of Assam and should be treated as national problem.
This has created deep hatred and insecurity in the people who are
residents of other States. This insecurity can be seen in every
sphere of Govt. organizations where it is reflected in the form of
corruption. Even the educational institutions are not left untouched.
Unless the solution is found things are likely to be deteriorated.
The Red corridor which is now controlled by the Naxalite
movement started by our communist neighbor is expanding rapidly
with sole intention of second partition of the country. It is our
armed forces who are made to run from pillar to post, whereas
under international doctrine of management, police is expected to
control such menaces inside the states by the police.
The quality of Police force has gone down to the lowest of low.
We can see this in the Naxalite affected area. Not even a single IPS
Officer is willing to lead the Police force. It is normally headed by
Sub-Inspector rank. In the Mumbai massacre which is known as
26/11 four of the IPS officers refused to risk their lives hiding in
their homes. The charges of Police Commissioner are not totally
unfounded. The credit of first to run from the scene of crime goes
to our Police Department only, who are busy collecting doles and
haftas rather than controlling crimes. We must call them biggest

organized mafia surpassing the mafia sitting abroad. The only
difference is tax payers pay for them so that they can rob the tax-
payers in return.
Similar problem existed in the army before 1962, Chinese invasion
when the officers were not expected to lead in the event of war or
conflict and only low ranking non-commissioned officers were in-
charge of both offence and defense. This policy was reversed after
defeat of Indian Army with Chinese. Now the army will lead the
columns in the front line with the Commissioned officer up to the
rank of Colonel, result turned out to be positive. In Kargil conflict
maximum causalities were commissioned officers. This has
resulted in high morale of lower ranking cadre of armed forces.
Similar measures are needed that all the police operations should
be lead by Police forces with IPS officers who should be in the
front line to avoid similar shameful outcome of 26/11.
The another major problem is our judiciary. Though it is less
corrupt compared to Police but it is notoriously slow, at the lower
judiciary level nothing moves except money. Even in international
conference most respected exiled leader of Tibet Dalai Lama said
that in Indian Judiciary nothing works without pocket money. This
state unless one indulges in systematic corruption judiciary

remains sleeping. Justice in the Courts is piled up with files and
aggrieved parties get relief only in the form of dates and
adjournments. There is neither a will on the part of judiciary nor a
maturity to understand that unless the relief is reached to the
aggrieved party, the entire exercise of judiciary is waste of time.
The judicious outcome in India is based on doctrine of idiotic
interpretation and laughable. Decrees cannot be executed in one’s
life time and Supreme Court’s judgments are reversed by even
lower judiciary. The rampant corruption in the judiciary can be
seen in Govt. appointed commission headed by Retired Judges to
take proto type order from Govt. and prolonging their tenure for
decades without arriving at any decision. Alternatively, their
recommendations are kept in Govt filess as official secret. Godhra
episode Judge decided to pass hasty recommendation that Godhra
episode was an accident and not arson. It was most laughable
outcome of Commission decided without even going through the
basic technicalities. In several instances, Judges found to be asking
Advocates how he wishes outcome of judgment. One such case
was taped by CBI. Such a standard of Police and judiciary is and
was not expected when India sought independence after partition.
The resident of this country can imagine such a lower standard of
Police, bureaucrats and judiciary has made their lives miserable.
Partition has contributed negative return to all the 3 countries and

increased miseries of people for which our national leaders
including Jinnah were equally responsible. None of the leaders
who ruled their countries subsequently remained patriotic and
honest. That can be seen from the debt each country owes to the
international community. The partition of British India can be best
described in one single sentence “It was creation of 2 lawless
countries and now 3 by our own people”.
The above exercise is presumed partition of partitioned India
waiting to happen and in due course of time these states will
demand a dominion status and subsequently the independence. The
Chinese have already started propaganda war to this effect.
Reservation in Assam for Assamese, restriction in Nagaland and
Meghalaya for the entry of Indians in their States is step in this
direction and restriction on property and succession right in
Kashmir as well as in Himachal Pradesh justify that demand for
reservation in Maharashtra is not totally unjustified, though it is
purely for political reason. Hence, second partition based on
language is not far away. Country need to be divided into various
small States with federal structure, based on multi cultural and
mixed language to remain united, which was very foundation of
British Empire in India. It is a time we must review legacy of

partition agreed by either Jinnah or by Nehru none of them
suffered due to division of country.
Conclusion
By the time, this book was completed, the intention of Govt. to
withdraw enemy property bill was introduced in Lok Sabha. It was
solely to help Nusli Wadia, the grandson of Jinnah who stated that
he has no role in financing the Book “Jinnah-India, Partition,
Independence” by clarifying that he do not need Jaswant Singh to
“write a Certificate and it is all nonsense” My grandfather is my
grandfather, it is not going to change, Nusli clarified.
Against backdrop of sharp political divide, Govt. submitted in the
Lok Sabha, that it will bring “fresh bill” to amend the law
governing the property left behind by those, who left for Pakistan
during partition for-good and withdraw the draft legislation,
introduced in the lower house.
As expected Samajwadi Party and RJD termed the bill as anti
Muslim. The Home Minister promised that the Ordinance dt. July

2nd 2010 will be amended suitably. The fresh bill is likely to come
in Winter Session of Parliament. The Opposition Party BJP
questioned the intention behind the move but simultaneously
assured to support the bill subject to discussion by the Standing
Committee.
This demonstrates that how Opposition and Congress Govt. hands
in gloves with Samajwadi Party and RJD were bent upon helping
the Muslims for their votes. The legislation makes it clear that the
Court would have no jurisdiction over the occupation of Mahajir’s
properties.
The fate of 2186 Enemy Property remains uncertain after the
centre withdraws the bill with the assurances to bring fresh bill.
Once the ordinance lapses the Raja (Nawab) of Mehmoodbad who
owns 1100 such properties will lose his ownership over them. It is
not known the several Hindus refugees, who have taken shelter in
this property after migration to India, as a tenant of Raja, will be
dealt with.
However, nothing is stated in lower house, how the Pakistan will
react to the bill, though the Hindu refugees have nothing to loose
in Pakistan, since their property is already robbed by the fanatics,

nor any thing will change for 20 million Hindu / Sikh evacuee who
left Pakistan for India never to return..
It is highly unlikely Islamic Republic, who imposes “Jajiyaa”
( Tax introduced by the Aurangjeb on Hindus, centuries back and
to Aurangjeb to whom the Pakis profess as patriotic and taught in
the school text book) and forcefully recovered tax from the Hindus
for centuries and reintroduced by Taliban allies of Pakistan on Sikh
/ Hindus will be dealt with.
The intention of ruling party to raise this matter with Pakistan and
Bangladesh, it is highly unlikely but Govt. will repromulgate the
ordinance. The intention is to help Jinnah’s grandson only. Under
the amendment the Govt. is likely to bring Indian born legal heir of
evacuee of enemy property to be entitled to get tenants evicted.
This will result the legal heir of Raja Mehmoodbad, Ahmad Ali
Khan to regain his property as well as clearing the way for Jinnah’s
Bungalow for Wadias. Raja Ali’s property includes posh
Metropool Hotel at Nainital, Butler Palace and large part of
Hazaratgunj in Lucknow. The Raja Ali left India for the Pakistan
never to return Hindu India leaving behind several of his
concubines and their minor children, who are now claiming the
property right on Raja Ali’s properties as legal heir. Raja Ali

subsequently obtained Pakistani passport in 1957. Though he took
Pakistani passport in 1957 his property was ceased as enemy
property only after 1965 war with Pakistan. His flag of
Mehmoodabad was lowered and his son Suleiman along with his
mother were evicted and moved to Lucknow. Raja Ali left behind
his first wife who was Irani origin and her son Suleiman both of
them left for Iran in 1947 prior to partition. From here he moved to
Cambridge to pursue his studies in Mathematics and Astronomy
and returned to India in 1973 after the death of his father solely to
claim his property. He could do so easily as such he was holding
Indian passport issued to him prior to independence. Fortunately,
our Courts were liberal and they allowed inheritance claiming that
he is an Indian citizen, not realizing that Bangladesh who got
independence from Pakistan has rewarded Hindus by
confesticating their property. Suleiman contested the election from
Uttar Pradesh in 1985 from Congress Ticket to ensure his property
is safe. However, it is not known why the Apex Court did not write
in their judgment as to what Pakistan was doing for those
unfortunate who left for India leaving behind their ancestral
property earned on their sweat and blood and not looted from the
original inhabitant of India.

The withdrawal of the Enemy Property (Amendment and
Validation) Bill from the Lok Sabha showed both governmental
incompetence and introduction of communal overtones by some
political parties to a fairly straight forward matter ensuring that the
Indian heirs of those who migrated to Pakistan have the right to
inherit the property. The intention now is to repromulgate the
Ordinance and present a fresh Bill in the winter session of
Parliament, the government should be resolute in framing a final
and irrevocable legal framework to deal with such properties now
vested with a designated custodian. The perception of a
government seeking to bring in a Bill without having done any
homework is creating doubts. The charge by some political parties
that the Bill is anti-Muslim is almost as overblown as the BJP’s
opposition, based on apparent bias. There is clear and legitimate
case that the right of Indian citizens to inherit property, the right of
immigrants legal heirs, who chose to stay in India, cannot be
denied. And if an individual stands to come into possession of
large tracts of rural land, relevant ceiling laws must be applied, just
as the right to inherit urban properties can’t be denied because
someone might come into possession of a large number of
properties. Equally, the rights of those who had legally been using
such properties after migrating to India from Pakistan as refugee
must also be protected.

Given the passage of time, it is unlikely that a significant number
of new, justifiable claims can be made. But some of the new
amendments relate to allowing such properties to be claimed by
legal Indian heirs of migrants. Limitations would also be imposed
on the recourse to courts in such disputes while empowering the
Custodian. But there must be a clear and unambiguous balancing
between according powers to the Custodian and safeguarding
legitimate rights. And petty identity politics must be done away
with entirely. Whatever may be the intention of Government; two
problems are likely to arise and piled up in our “Tortoise Court”.
First is limitation and the second is right of Hindu /Sikh evacuee
who are occupying these properties after leaving the Pakistan and
their properties being declared as enemy property by the Pakistani
Government.
The Supreme Court has already awarded ownership to the legal
heir of Raja Ali, who is closely associated with the ruling Congress
Party, after their father has abandoned his property, while leaving
for Pakistan. Whatever may be the reason giving relief to Mahajir
in return for the support of Muslim vote by colliding with
Samajwadi Party & RJD (is known as MYC- i.e. Muslim Yadav

Combine) Govt. is looking to please minority community for their
vote bank.
It will not be incorrect to say, given an opportunity our leaders
will not hesitate to sale this country in return of assured minority
votes.

AUTHOR’S PROFILE :
The author is 64 years old and has spent considerable years in
Muslim Countries, more particularly, the Arab Countries. He came
to India as infant with his parents as Refugee, after his entire clan
was assassinated in the partition riots by the fundamental Muslims.
After retiring from day to day work, the author opted to go into the
field of writing.
The extract is derived from his monthly newspaper “The Citizen’s
Rights” after the controversial Book of Jaswant Singh, a former
Foreign Minister and leader of BJP praising Jinnah, in his book
“Jinnah – India, Partition, Independence” secular the blatant lie,
glorifying Jinnah and resulting expulsion from BJP.
He is second BJP leader after L.K. Advani who during his visit to
Pakistan, made it a point to visit to the Jinnah’s tomb to pay
homage, though himself refugee and always critics of Jinnah in
India.

The book is reflection of two faces of BJP one for and another
against our Muslim neighbors which state the mind-set of our
politician while dealing with our arch enemies.
Jaswant Singh was subsequently taken back into the party. Infact
requested to rejoin the BJP. Both Advani and Singh, are active
members of the BJP.
