I, BARRY A. GOLDSTEIN, Executive Director Energy Resources Division, Department for Energy and Mining, in the State of South Australia, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 and all other enabling powers, for and on behalf of Dan van Holst Pellekaan, Minister for Energy and Mining (Minister), pursuant to delegated powers dated 29 June 2018 hereby suspend petroleum exploration licence PEL 112 for the period from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2021 inclusive.
1. No regulated activities are permitted to be carried out during this period of
suspension.
2. The expiry date of PEL 112 is now determined to be 10 January 2023.

relation to unpaid levy amounts, in accordance with regulation 150H(1) and Schedule 2 clause 2 of the Act, is the ‘prescribed interest rate’ determined under the Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) Act 2013. The Late Payment of Government Debts (Interest) Regulations 2014 defines this is ‘a rate of 5% above the cash rate published by the Reserve Bank of Australia (expressed as an annual rate).’

Petroleum Exploration Licences—PELs 112 and 444 PURSUANT to section 76A of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, notice is hereby given that Condition 1 of the abovementioned Petroleum Exploration Licences have been suspended for the period from and including 11 June 2011 until 10 January 2012, under the provisions of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, pursuant to delegated powers dated 1 October 2009. The term of PELs 112 and 444 have been extended by a period corresponding to the period of suspension, such that the licences will now expire on 10 January 2014. Date 31 August 2010.

Road Closure Burnell Drive, Belair
BY Road Process Order made on 21 November 2007, the City of Mitcham ordered that: 1. Portion of Burnell Drive between allotment 200 in
Deposited Plan 64117 and allotment 1 in Filed Plan 148189, more particularly lettered ‘A’ in Preliminary Plan No. 06/0087 be closed.
2. The whole of the land subject to closure be transferred to Charles Keith Thompson in accordance with agreement for transfer dated 8 November 2007 entered into between the City of Mitcham and C. K. Thompson.
3. The following easements are granted over portions of the land subject to that closure:
Grant to the South Australian Water Corporation an ease-ment for sewerage purposes.
Grant to the Council of the area an easement for drainage purposes.
On 6 March 2008 that order was confirmed by the Minister for Infrastructure conditionally upon the deposit by the Registrar-General of Deposited Plan 76550 being the authority for the new boundaries. Pursuant to section 24 (5) of the Roads (Opening and Closing) Act 1991, NOTICE of the order referred to above and its confirmation is hereby given. Dated 17 April 2008.
