Winners! You touched my heart with your desire to achieve and your willingness to work to the finish line of 2013! We had a 50.9% growth over 2012 which is $206,662.91 more in sales than the prior year. We ended the year at $612,166.12, our highest year ever! Although I am sad that we didn’t achieve the Circle of Excellence this year, we achieved so much to be proud of. Regina Howe earned her Chevy Cruze and completed her first month of DIQ! Angela Camero completed month 2 of DIQ and her first month of Car Qualificatios while Amy Graham competed her first month of DIQ and second month of Car Qualifications! Wow! It is a CAR BONANZA! Off-spring Sales Director, Jacky Martinez, completed earning the Premier Plus Car, the black Mustang, while completing the Court of Recruiting and Double Star with the Court of Sales having been completed as well! Off-Spring Sales Director, Carol Fairbanks, completed the Circle of Achievement, earning her first Bar Pin and a Double Star Trophy for also having completed the Court of Sales. We will see both Jacky & Carol somewhere in the Top 10 in the Ruby Sales Division in the Director Court of Sales!!! We also have a new Star Team Builder, earning her Red Jacket in Kathy Carle! Club Red is on the grow! We had a record of 19 Star Consultants for the 4th Quarter when you include Jacky’s 3 Stars since she debuted in the Star Quarter. Such a lot to be proud of! Congratulations to our Stars! I know that everyone is setting their sights on 4 Quarter Stardom in the coming year and I am personally looking forward to celebrating our 4 Quarter Stars from 2013 at our Getaway at the Crystal Creek Chalet! Our 4 Quarter Stars fueled our unit’s success this year and demonstrated EXCELLENCE year round! It was a record for our unit having 9 of us achieve Star all 4 Quarters! Thank you to each of you: Amy Graham, Christine Oprysko, Regina Howe, Angela Camero, Kristi Cook, Marlo Rodriguez, Sarah Calverley & Jacky Martinez who each ran with me to do it this year! As we enter the MK Year 2014, I hope that more of you will set your sights on this goal and qualify for the Crystal Creek Chalet Getaway with us in 2014! It is a time to Dream, set your plan in place and get in ACTION! Action is the key. Be sure to track the activities that will take you to your goals and Dream BIG! What you think about, you bring about. We are focused on building our National Area this year and you can be a part of it. Step up by sharing the products and the career consistently.
