TRINITY STUDENTS HELP HOMELESS
The Trinity students worked with Grace Ward, Miss Outstanding Teen West Fargo, to collect hygiene
products such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and breath mints for
the homeless in the community. The fourth graders assembled the items into “Blessing Bags” which were
delivered by the fifth graders to the Dorothy Day House. While at the Dorothy Day House, the fifth graders
learned more about the services the facility provides to the homeless.
TRINITY SCHOOL SURVEY RESULTS
The results are in! Thank you to all the parents who took the time to complete the Trinity School survey.
With the hustle and bustle of starting the new school, it is nice to have the opportunity to reflect on our
accomplishments and areas in which we need to build. The JPII Catholic Schools value statement a
community inspiring excellence through faith, learning and service gives us the tools to fulfill our mission.
The core values of faith, community, learning and service will guide us in the years to come. The feedback
you have provided is valuable in helping us continue to build our school community and plan for the future.

2016-2017 REGISTRATION REMINDER
We would like to remind you to return your registration packet that you received earlier in the mail. If you did not receive a packet, please contact Lori Hager at 701-893-3271. These early registrations are very important in helping us determine staffing needs for next school year. The deadline is Friday, February 5th.
Open enrollment begins February 8th for new families
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
As a part of the registration process for the 2016-17, we are taking names of persons interested in
afterschool care for grades PK-5. When you turn in your registration packet, please attach a note that you
are interested in the afterschool care program. We are creating a list of the persons interested in
afterschool care as the registrations come in. Current students have the ability to be put on the list before
newly enrolled students if the registration is received by February 5. Starting February 8, the registration
process is open to new families as is the list for afterschool care interest.
If you have already registered, please let Lori Hager (701-893-3271) know that you would like to be put on
the afterschool care list so that your child/ren’s names are added.
INFORMATION SESSION
There will be an information session on Tuesday, February 9th at 6:30 p.m. regarding the Little Deacons through Kindergarten programs. This will be held in the Trinity Library. Children may attend and there will be some activities for them.
BISON FOOTBALL
Today we were very fortunate to have three of the Bison Football Team come to our school! They are part of the 5 time championship team. It was great to hear the enthusiasm from the students and the encouraging words from the players stressing the importance of good grades and hard work. Thank you Father Meyer for arranging such an awesome assembly for us!
