ACTIVE DUTY FUND DRIVE IN SUPPORT OF NAVY-MARINE CORPS RELIEF SOCIETY BY OUR OWN FOR OUR OWN Since 1904, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, the beneficiary of the Active Duty Fund Drive, has remained focused on assisting Sea Service members and their families in need. Each year, the Society provides financial assistance and other services to tens of thousands of Marines, Sailors, and their families. No matter the circumstances – emergency needs, natural disaster, pandemic, or day-to-day living expenses – the Society stands ready to assist. The Society is resilient and agile – pivoting its services and outreach to meet the changing needs of our military families. The Society’s programs are funded by charitable donations. We do not receive any funding from the Department of Defense. That is why your support is so critical to our mission. WHY DONATE? WHAT DO GIFTS FROM THE ACTIVE DUTY FUND DRIVE SUPPORT? Interest-free loans and grants to Sea Service members for emergency and unexpected financial needs to help avoid high-interest financing. Free in-home visits, telehealth visits, and classes by Registered Nurses for eligible NMCRS clients; and education on health care issues ranging from new and expectant parental concerns, infant growth and development, to adult health education and referral sources for health prevention and chronic disease management. Grants and interest-free loans to children of active duty, retired or deceased Sailors and Marines, and spouses of active duty or retired Marines or Sailors for undergraduate and master’s degree programs. Budget for Baby® Workshops to help expecting parents prepare for the financial impact of a new family member. Budget counseling and financial education to help manage personal finances. Thrift Shops offering low-cost, gently-used uniform items, clothing and household items. WHO DO GIFTS FROM THE DRIVE SUPPORT?

• Active duty and retired Marine Corps and Navy personnel and their eligible family members

• Eligible family members of Marine Corps and Navy personnel who died on active duty or in a retired status

• Reservists on extended active duty for 30 days or more

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

By participating in the Active Duty Fund Drive, you have the opportunity to make a difference – today and into the future – for fellow Marines, Sailors, and their families. You may choose from several giving options:

• Payroll Deduction: Use the contribution form to start a monthly allotment

• Online Donation: Make a one-time or recurring donation with your credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay by visiting: https://support.nmcrs.org/a/ADFD

• Cash, Check or Money Order: Give your donation to your Key Person
