IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Please check the info on your bib and make sure that all of it is correct! • All Runners and Spectators in your car need to have Biltmore entrance tickets IN HAND. They will be checked 2 times en route. • All runners must have entrance tickets and be through the front gate of the estate by 6:30am. • We encourage carpooling on race morning. • Spectator tickets are available at the Group • Please familiarize yourself with ALL the race FAQ’s on our website at Ashevillemarathon.com. • The CLEAR bags you receive at the Race Expo are your FINISHER BAGS. 2021 RACE DATES: March 20 & 21 Sign up race weekend for incredible savings! 10:30am (approx.) A $4 dollar donation is suggested for beer, funds will be donated to LLS. . Massages by YAM available in Antler Hill Barn for $1/min. 8:30am - 3:00pm: Runners and Spectators can purchase upgrades to visit the Biltmore House at any Biltmore Guest Service Station (AHV Guest 9:00am - 5:00pm: Biltmore House is OPEN. Biltmore Annual Passholders can enter Biltmore without a spectator ticket after 9am on race morning. 9:30am - 11:30a 00pm (Sunday): DoubleTree & AB-Tech Shuttles leave Antler Hill Village to DoubleTree & AB-Tech every 30 minutes (on the top and bottom of every hour). 10:00am: Lunch items available for purchase from The Kitchen Cafe Village Hotel. 10:30am (approx.) Sunday: Photo Op for Backyard to Backyard Challengers at Awards Ceremony location in Vendor Area 10:30 - 3:00pm (Sunday ONLY): Race Merchandise Available for Purchase & 11:30am (approx.) Sunday: Photo Op for Backyard to Vineyard Challengers at Awards Ceremony location in Vendor Area 3:00pm (Sunday): All discarded clothing/gear will be donated to Western Carolina Rescue Ministries.
