Testing & Training: You will get out what you put in! Dedicate appropriate time and resources to test the system Testing begins with the audit request – this is also the point

when payroll can begin testing the sync Ask another implementation specialist to review the benefit

structure Setup the New Hire & Open Enrollment events Add a test employee to the system Walk through an event as an employee

Testing & Training: Continued Include the ongoing Account Manager on all trainings Make the training engaging and fun! Be friendly and

encouraging of the client using the new system. Follow best practices Become an expert: this is perhaps the most ignored. During

the implementation make sure the team spends time in the system and completes each test plan.

Deployment: Make sure the client is in control of the system Be firm with deadlines but do not rush the client Understand how they would like to be checked up on

moving forward. Have the AM schedule ongoing meetings to ensure success.
