Agenda 3
This agenda will cover discussion on regulatory
scoping exercise for the use of Maritime
Autonomous Surface Ships. Some issues which will
be considered are determining levels of autonomy
and categorization of regulations to be applied for
such ships. Hence, the definition of autonomous
needs to be agreed first before further
development on future work plan for regulatory
exercise. One of essential factors to be considered
on the development of such exercise are cyber
security as well as human element, for both
unmanned and manned MASS.
