Today, companies are faced with an increasingly complex working environment that demandsexceptional global leadership. The 90 international professionals of the IMD MBA Class of 2012represent 46 nationalities with diverse backgrounds and skills and an average of seven years ofwork experience.

We carefully select participants who have demonstrated solid intellectual ability, strong careerprogression, leadership potential, and excellent interpersonal skills. During the admissions process,we spend at least ten hours per candidate including a full day assessment centre to ensure thathe/she is right for our program. Once accepted each candidate goes through a full background checkconducted by an independent agency to verify previous employment and education information.

During the IMD one year MBA program, these highly talented individuals further enhance their skillsthrough a dynamic mix of business fundamentals, self-development and real world experiencesboth at IMD and across the globe. A constant interplay between knowledge, action and reflectionbuilds their business and leadership skills, preparing graduates to lead themselves, teams andorganizations.
