1. General Instruction You have decided in favors of a Automatic Liquid Packaging Machine. This machine can be widely
used for packing various kinds of air-free liquid, especially for bag package of mineral water, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice and other beverages or iced beverage, bean milk, milk, bean curd and liquid chemical products. This instruction manual explains all work necessary for instruction, operation, and regular maintenance and malfunction rectification associated with automatic packer.
1.1 Functions

1.2 Warnings All moving parts are strictly prohibited from touching in course of running, especial in the process of thermal transverse sealing, or it will leads to personal injury. The sterilization lamp is sure to be turned off before replacement of film. The machine body must be connected to the ground safety.
2. 3. Operating instructions 3.1 Install the machine in dry and ventilated place with sufficient lighting. The four
undercarriages of the machine body should be firm. If necessary, fix the machine with four embedded bolts.
3.2 Fill the object container with clean water) or 75℃ alcohol). Cover the rubber pipe covering
on the outlet pipe (keep away from the transverse copper block) before lead the water to the drain (or for recycle usage). Start the machine and run for 5 to 10 minutes to rinse the pipe so as to meet the foodstuff sanitary standard.
3.3 Mount plastic coiling tape core onto take –up spool. Adjust till it is on the centerline of former. So that the coiling tape can be in same width as both right and left sides. Then separately screw down the screws on both fixing sleeves. Adjust damping swing link at proper spring pressure until it swings freely after the bag is dragged automatically and the brake is in good order.
3.4 Put feed tape through two guide pipes and buckle it to the former. Keep feed tape symmetrical in both right and left sides. Adjust the date to the right day. The date is in the order of year, month and day from top to bottom.
3.5 Adjust thermal vertical sealing temperature to the range between 120℃ and 150℃ and thermal transverse sealing temperature between 200℃ and 250℃ . The adjustment of temperature subject to the quality and thickness of film at that time. And then carefully adjust but fine-tuning. Do not start production of filling until preheat for 20 minutes, thereafter the machine can go on work and it is not necessary to preheat except for power off. Temperature is not allowed up to 260℃, otherwise hot sealing block will be damaged.
3.6 Adjust the position of bag-feeding connection rod on variable crank so as to obtain the desired length of bag. Shorten the length by turning inward and lengthen by turning outward. Cut off mam power supply before adjust. Turn the setting knob after unscrew clamp nut of sliding block. Upon the accomplishment of adjustment, tighten clamp nut before restart.
3.7 Adjust position of quantitative pump lever on variable crane to obtain the desired filling quantity. Reduce the quantity by turning inward and increase by turning outward. The method is same to clause 3.6. The piston ring of machine is a adjustable component. In case of finding leakage on piston rod after using for a period, unscrew fixing screw and turn loop bar of piston rod clockwise

(e.g. turn inward) to make the piston ring expanded so that the leakage can be removed. (Remember that the adjusting volume should be tiny. Otherwise, the piston ring will be damaged). Tighten clamp nut upon the accomplishment of adjustment to avoid loosening and changing position.
3.8 During regular production, no other work is needed but press the switch button. The output amount is counted automatically through counter. Stop the machine upon running out of coiling tape. Replace new coiling tape quickly and turn three-way value of quantitative pump to recycle state to stop feeding liquid. Do not feed liquid for continuous production until new bag is formed.
3.9 Filter in advance if there are many solid matters in filling liquid. After the machine is used for a period, in the case of finding vertical and transverse sealing non-adhesive cloth worn, unscrew cloth clamp pipe and adjust the cloth position with a section of distance and then tighten the cloth clamp pips. (Adjust before worn completely).
3.10 The highest position of liquid level in the filling tank (barrel) should not exceed 0.5 meter above quantitative pump so as to ensure the precision of quantity. If there is control value in the pipe for transfusion, the control valve is not allowed to be in OFF state.
3.11 Regularly check vertical and transverse sealing copper blocks. Clean away the dirt stuck on the surface of copper blocks, which may severely affect the hot sealing result. Do not clean the copper blocks with metal tool or scrape with sand paper. Otherwise the working surface will be damaged and can not be used again. After the cooling of copper blocks, wipe the surface with cloth or wooden tool dipped with organic solvent to remove the foreign matters.
3.12 In the case of finding abnormal phenomena such as poor sealing, bag connected with each other, leakage, etc. pricking with hand or tools is strictly prohibited. Stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.
3.13 Action routines and coupling sizes are set to optimal state before delivery. For maintenance, skilled technician is required. Record the original coupling sizes before dismantle.
4. Maintenance instruction 4.1 After use wash away residual liquid in the pipe with water. Otherwise the residual liquid will
be degenerative and affect the quality of product of next production. Remove plastic pipe for transfusion and clean it with a brush, keep it clean and dry.

4.2 Regularly check moving parts and oiling state and oil the machine with sufficient 30# machine oil or lithium based grease at any time. Otherwise the operation will be out of order and that will severely affect service life of machine.
i. Oil transmission agent once per day. ii. Oil the pump transmission bar once per shift.
iii. Oil the reducer before use and once per month.
4.3 Regularly check the machine and clean always-foreign matters on the surface of transverse copper block. It is not allowed to have encrustation on the surface. Otherwise thermal conductivity will be reduced, the temperature of copper will rise, and thermal transverse sealing and thermal cutting bag will be out of order.
4.4 In the case of finding abnormal phenomena, cut off power supply immediately. Restart after troubleshooting.
4.5 During production in winter with temperature under 0℃, unfreeze the ice in quantitative pump and the pipes with hot water. Otherwise, connecting rod will be broken or the machine does not work.
4.6 Single sheet plastic film for the machine should be 80micrometers thick. The tension strength, even thickness, and lubricating property of film should be guaranteed. The weight of each roll of plastic should be controlled under 18kg (320mm) or 14kg (240mm). Transverse hot sealing temperature should be under 260. Poor thermal sealing or high failure rate of bag caused but employing single sheet plastic film not recommended by the manufacturer are not within extent of liability borne by the manufacturer.

5. Malfunctions and their rectification
Type of malfunction Possible Cause and rectification 1.The whole machine does not work and the indicator does not light
1. The electrician is required to check power supply and loss of phase or under-voltage. 2. Check main power supply is turned on or not. 3. Electrical components are in order or not.
2. The moving part makes abnormal noise.
1. lack of lubricant 2. The screws are loose and that results in the change of position of parts. 3. The moving parts are severely worn.
3. The liquid is not sufficient or sometimes in large amount and sometimes in small amount.
1. The screw on connecting rod is loose. 2. There are some foreign matters in the liquid inlet/outlet one-way valves. 3. There is air in liquid inlet pipe or the sealing is bad. 4. The crank sliding block pressure pad isn’t pressed tightly. 5. The liquid level in material barrel is too high.
4. The bag is not in fixed length, sometimes long and sometimes short.
1. bag-feeding tong screw is loose; the rubber pad is worn or has oil dirt. Clean with household detergent. 2. stock-coiling damping swing link does not swing forward and backward normally. 3. Plastic coiling tape is overweight.
5. The temperature of vertical and transverse hot sealing does not rise or is not stable.
1. Check the meter is in order or not. 2. Check the temperature thermocouple is damaged or is loose and falls off. 3. Check the heating rube is damaged or not. 4. The power supply is out of phase; the connector lug is loose and falls off.
6. The hot sealing surface is not good, the failure rate of bag is high, and the date is not printed distinctly.
1. Change non-adhesive clothes or adjusts non-adhesive cloth position. 2. Check the rubber pad is flat or worn. Change if it is worn. 2. Too much filling amount. A small quantity of air chamber should be remained.
7. The operator has a feeling of getting an electric shock.
1. The power supply wire is connected wrong or is not connected well. 2. The whole machine should be connected to the ground well. 3. The wire of hot sealing copper block should have good insulating property to ambient surrounding. 4. Do not spray liquid to power supply connector lug or

electrical appliance.
8. The transverse sealing and bag cutting are out of order, bag is not cut off and is connected with each other, and the bearing strength is insufficient after thermal sealing.
1. Clean away foreign matters stuck on transverse sealing copper block immediately. 2. Check if tetrafluorethylene thermal barrier on copper block is loose. 3. Change the rubber pad on push pedal. 4. Plastic film should be 80 micro meters thick. 5. Adjust the pressure of transverse sealing copper block. 6. Check if the blade on transverse sealing copper block is scared..
9. the quantitative pump leaks
1. The clearance of piston ring is enlarged. 2. Methods of resolution: unscrew fixing screw on the piston loop bar of quantitative pump, screw down slightly and clockwise, e.g. turn inward (do not screw down too tight, otherwise piston ring will be damaged)

9. How to set the film photocell sensor
Adjust the length from sensor to film let this light circle to small and more bright more better
Moving the film, let the sensor light aim to black marker turn the sensitivity adjustment at point just the indication from light to off.
Moving the film let the sensor light aim to transparence turn the sensitivity adjustment at point B, just the indication from off to light.

Turn the sensitivity adjustment at point C, point C is in middle of point A and B, From point A to point B need more longer more better.
