Stores ApprenticeshipWe’re not like other retailers. So it’s no surprise that our Stores Apprenticeship Programme is pretty different too. Because you won’t just learn how to work here – you’ll experience a mix of hands-on, practical work and theory, which will put you on the right road to success.

However, you’ve got to be determined, hard-working and totally committed to succeed. It’s what we call ‘the Aldi personality’. But if you’ve got it, then this couldn’t be a better start. At the end, you’ll be ready to start your role as a permanent member of an Aldi store. And, if you exceed our expectations, you may be asked to become a Deputy Store Manager. Or – if you’ve really excelled – you may even be offered the opportunity to progress to Assistant Store Manager.

Application processWe’re accepting applications for our Stores Programme all year round. You’ll need to

fill out our online application form, which is designed to assess your core strengths and attitude. If your application is successful, we’ll invite you to an interview and

two-hour Aldi Store Experience – where you’ll discuss the personal strengths you can bring to the role, and gain an insight into what working at Aldi’s really like.

Aldi Logistics and Drivers Apprenticeship Programmes

You get to go on an incredible

journey.

Aldi’s not like other retailers. So it’s no surprise that our Apprenticeship Programmes are a bit different

too. By experiencing a mix of practical work and theory, you could end up with a qualification and

a permanent position at Aldi. You do have to earn it though. You’ll need bags of drive, ambition and

real commitment to succeed. It can be hard work. But it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Available in England and Wales only

This three-year programme gives you a rare insight from some of the industry’s most talented people. You’ll learn about how our products get from suppliers to our customers’ shopping baskets. And you’ll work your way towards a Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Warehousing and Storage.
