Cost Centre ManagementiJob costing enables employees time to be logged against specific jobs and cost centres for your business. Cost centres can quickly be set up in both the initial system configuration, and as you require in the future.
Using cost centres, managers can easily and quickly monitor the time spent on a particular job.
Work in Progress ViewiJob Costing features a live view screen, allowing managers to see the current status of all the jobs being worked on at that moment in time.
By viewing the work in progress across the business, it enables you to schedule and allocate resources and employees more efficiently within the business to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are not exceeded.
Barcode CreationTo help employees switch cost centres and job codes, reports can be run to create job codes and bar codes for all of the live jobs in your system.
The barcode and job codes can be placed next to clocking terminals and allow employees to simply scan the barcode or type in the job code to allocate their time against the correct job, keeping an accurate and up-to-date record of all the hours worked and ensuring budgets are kept to.
System IntegrationWhilst deployable as a standalone solution, iJob Costing can be integrated with our entire suite of Intelligent Workforce Management products to create a seamless system for your business at a single location or across multiple sites.
iJob Costing can also be set up to integrate with your chosen finance and invoicing systems, allowing you to create accurate invoices showing the hours worked for each element of a job.

Just one click will automatically draw up your chosen report which can then be dragged through to Microsoft Word and Excel and even stored in a pdf format to provide the security function many managers require.
