سواء ىف بيئة عملها الداخليـة مـن خـالل رضورة اإلسـتخدام األمثـل والكفء للموارد واإلمكانيات املتاحة ، وأيضاً بيئـة عملهـا الخارجيـة

–غوط املنافسة ىف األسواق ومواجهـة نتـائج العوملـة واملتمثلة ىف ض

تقدم كل جديد من منتجاتها مـن حيـث الجـودة والسـعر وبصـورة )13: 34أفضل من منافسيها . (

Research problem and its importance: -The science of managing logistics areas of Modern

Management Science and its ability to helporganizations in the face of challenges both in theenvironment, its interior through the use should beoptimal and efficient use of resources and possibilitiesavailable, and also its operating environment of ForeignAffairs and of the pressure of competition in the marketand face the consequences of globalization - it has hadorganizations that want the business to provide the all-new products in terms of quality, price and better thanits competitors. ( 34:13 )And the term logistics, "Logistics" is the term military inorigin, where he began use in the French army in 1905in order to secure access to supplies and ammunition ina timely and optimum way possible and then useheavily during World War II where he was one offactors of the victory of the Allied armies, and that theWorld War ended began even emergence of studiesaimed at the application of logistics in business with

known as the "Business Logistics" as shown by studiesconducted in this area, about 40% of the average cost ofproduction of any commodity in the developedcountries can be traced to the activities of logistics.

The importance of logistics to the subject that isconsidered one of the oldest and the most recentactivities of the entity at the same time, as the conceptof logistics is one of the results of modern thought,where the administrative process refers to the clusteringof activities and tasks related to the availability of goodsand services required by the economic unit andmanagement in an integrated manner. ( 77:23 )Different logistics activities that must be managed andrelated to business logistics from one organization toanother depending on the type of organizationalstructure of the organization, and the views andopinions of senior management on the elements andcomponents of logistics work, and the relativeimportance of the activities of the logistics are takenindividually to the processes and conditions of theorganization, however, and by reference to the Councilof Business Administration Logistics in the UnitedStates of America, the key elements of any system forthe logistics are as follows: -

1.customer service.2.demand forecasting.3.Communication on distribution.4. inventory control.5.materials handling.6.Run a Command request.7. parts and support services.8. choose from the factory site or store.9.purchase.10.packing.11. Handling of goods back.12.Disposal of scrap and defective products.13.Traffic and Transport.14.Warehousing and storage. ( 13:23 )

The logistics management in sports organizations isthat part of the supply chain management that plans,organizes and coordinates and monitors the flow andstorage front and reverse the efficient and effectivegoods and services and information associated with therelationship and that between the point of origin or theorigin and the point of consumption in order to meetthe requirements of the client or the beneficiary (theplayer - Administrative - the technical andadministrative - the public) ( 18:24 )

Consequently, scientific theories and theirdevelopment has played a key role in the methodologyof life in various fields and has become the evolution ofthose theories impose on society to keep pace with thisdevelopment, no doubt that the management ofsporting bodies that are interested in Balncye andyoung people is one of the institutions responsible forthe upbringing and preparation of citizens and developtheir abilities and potential, and should be pursuing ascientific method in the management of these bodies oryouth organizations, according to the changes imposedby the incident and the incident to society with theadvent of the twenty-first century, and imposedrequirements. ( 22 : 7 )And sports institutions on the education and

preparation of citizens and develop their abilities andpotential of the Arab Republic of Egypt are as follows: -First: The National Sports Council: -A National Council proceed sport in Egypt and followsthe Prime Minister and have a public juridical person isindependent and aims to improve all elements of sportsactivity, and to maximize the role of sport for all agesby leveraging the state's general policy in this area, andto develop plans that achieve its objectives.

And institutions that promote the realization of statepolicy and the objectives of the National Sports Councilare: -1. Olympic Committee: - Sports Authority is a separatelegal entity and one of the private bodies of publicinterest and is made up of sports federations, whichmanages the games included in the Olympic program,and works Olympic Committee to sponsor the OlympicMovement and the Arab Republic of Egypt to maintainthe rules and principles of the Olympic and protect thehobby.2.sports federations: - Is the sports bodies haveindependent legal personality and is one of the privateentities with public benefit, and aims to publish andcare for the game and upgrading, and organizing andcoordinating activity among its members.3. Sports Clubs: - Bodies are formed by a group ofyoung individuals in order to form an integrated social,health, psychological, intellectual and spiritualeducation through the dissemination of sporting, social,and dissemination of the national spirit among themembers of the youth and to establish the conditionsfor the development of their talents.

4. Youth Centers: - Is the youth educational eligibilityof public interest and have a legal entity contributing tothe development and preparation of juveniles andyoung people to invest their free time in the practice ofdifferent social and cultural activities and sports,national, and seek to equip them with skills that ensureaccountability in the framework of the law and publicpolicy of the state.( 16 : 113 )In light of the previous view shows us that the scienceof logistics management is one of the areas of ModernManagement Science and its ability to helporganizations in the face of challenges both in theenvironment, its internal working of the need foroptimum use and efficient resources and possibilities,and also its operating environment of Foreign Affairsand of the pressures of competition in the markets andface the consequences of globalization - has becomeimperative for organizations that want the business toprovide everything from new products in terms ofquality, price and better than its competitors.

As is also evident that the true message of the effectivemanagement of business logistics is to provide materialgoods and services to customers in target marketsaccording to their needs, desires and the best way

possible and most efficient in terms of time and placewith the highest degree of contribution in achieving theobjectives of the organization to satisfy customers andincrease profitability. As the logistics activities ofdifferent institutions also need to service and that thereare many logistical problems which need to manageefficient logistics help to upgrade the service andachieve competitive advantage in the labor marketsports.

So researcher found that the field of sports representedin the organization and its institutions in varioussectors is, in fact, service organizations, but it suffersfrom many of the logistical problems of transportationand storage, purchasing and customer service, inventorycontrol and demand forecasting and handling of goodsfeedback and other problems, other logistics, which inturn hinder workflow within these institutions, both atthe organizational level of internal and external events,festivals, sporting events or at the structural within theinstitution, despite the existence of these activities onthe ground most of the sports organizations, they existas policies and committees stand-alone and not exist asa system integrated management is working to compilethis activities in an integrated regulatory framework,

and this is what it calls its supply chain management(logistics) in the sports institutions, a collection of tasksand activities associated with the above and inside theflow of services and management in an integratedmanner from the beginning of the service provider andaccess to beneficiaries and after service.Aim of the research: -

The researcher used the descriptive method stylesurvey; the appropriateness of the nature of the study;due to the fact that the survey method is one of types ofdescriptive studies, and describes what is an object andits interpretation and determine interest or commonpractices and to identify the prevailing beliefs andattitudes of individuals and groups.Research community: -Represent the research community of some sports

federations Arab Republic of Egypt and also somemajor sporting clubs in Cairo, Alexandria and Ismailiaand the Arab Republic of Egypt.Research Sample: - The sample of basic research (600)

individuals were selected from random way by theoriginal community was (32.03%), and the sample is

divided into: -(A) senior management and is in the following: -1.Some members of the governing bodies of sportsfederations following games (football - Basketball -Handball - Boxing).2.Some members of the boards of directors of thefollowing sports clubs (Al-Ahly - Zamalek - Al Ittihadof Alexandria - the club Ismaili)

The selection of these associations, sports clubs,according to the following reasons: -1. is the most federations and sports clubs which havethe high people Arab Republic of Egypt.2.is the most federations and sports clubs organized theevents, festivals and sports tournaments.(B) the beneficiaries are as follows: -1. some of the technical equipment and managementand the players to teams teams first-class unionsfollowing sports (Football - Basketball - Handball -Boxing), and also some technical equipment,management and players for the teams in first-classsports clubs, the following (Al-Ahly - Zamalek - AlIttihad of Alexandria - club Ismaili).2. a random sample of public internal and externalunions following sports (Football - Basketball -

Handball - Boxing), and also a random sample of publicinternal and external sports clubs, the following (Al-Ahly - Zamalek - Al Ittihad of Alexandria - the clubIsmaili).Statistical treatments: -Was chosen following statistical treatments during thestudy period, namely: -1.The arithmetic mean and standard deviation.2.Test (T) for different samples and one sample.3.Pearson's correlation coefficient.4.Analysis of variance in one direction.5. The least significant difference test "LSD".6.Coefficient Alpha Kronbak.7.Percentage.8. Chi-square.Conclusions: -
