CARS COLLECTING WASTE - – additional information and instructions

I. ENTRY TO THE PLANT PREMISES The driver of the truck collecting waste shall report at the main gate-house and give the name

of his company and the vehicle's registration number. After entering the data to the system by a

SWISS KRONO employee, the driver shall enter the SWISS KRONO Premises, in accordance with the received instructions, and collect specified waste. The driver shall leave the plant on the

basis of an internal document issued by the authorized employee of SWISS KRONO.

III. PERFORMANCE OF TASK ON THE SWISS KRONO PREMISES

1. The driver of the truck collecting waste shall report at the main gate-house and give the name of his company and the vehicle's registration number. After entering the data to the system by the SWISS

KRONO employee, the driver shall enter the plant premises. The driver shall collect specified waste in accordance with the received instructions. While staying on the SWISS KRONO Premises and participating

in the loading process, the driver shall comply with all safety rules specified in the Driver Safety Manual.

During loading, the driver shall comply with the instructions given by the warehouse employee and/or the operator of the loading vehicle. The driver shall leave the plant upon presentation of documents issued

by the authorized employee of the OHS/EP Department of SWISS KRONO. 2. The driver shall park the truck in the place designated by a SWISS KRONO employee.

3. The driver shall leave the truck cab only for the time of preparation for loading and stay within a distance up to 3m from the truck while exercising special care.

If the goods are being loaded on the trailer, the driver must always keep eye contact with the operator of the

loading truck, where the driver stays directly at the cab of the vehicle being loaded. The exception is when the

truck operator, when loading, needs driver's guidance - in this case the distance from the driver to the loading

place cannot be less than 5m.

NOTE!!! In justified cases, where there is no possibility of unloading/loading without the presence of the driver

on the semi-trailer platform, before unloading/loading, discuss the situation with the truck operator, fully

cooperate with him and follow his instructions.

4. It is forbidden to enter under the forklift truck's forks, the loader's bucket or to the crane arm reach zone

(depending on the type of loading), climb the steps/platforms of loading vehicles, stay in front and behind the vehicle (in the zone of limited visibility for the operator), climb the loads being lifted/lifted by

the forklift truck. 5. For loading tank trucks – see the additional manual (Appendix No. 2/KBW).

6. When replacing WC containers/cabins, the driver must always make certain that there are no people in

the manoeuvring zone. Replacement of the containers shall be performed in the places designated by a SWISS KRONO employee.

7. After completion of loading/unloading, the driver shall immediately leave the plant premises. The driver must not interrupt and finish work on the plant premises.

8. Failure to comply with the applicable rules results in a denied or stopped

loading/unloading by the truck operator, removal from the plant premises, and penalties stipulated in the

Driver Safety Manual.
