Wie bereits bei unserem großen umbau 2002/2003 haben wir wie-der großen Wert darauf gelegt, der Gesundheit und dem Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste besonderes Augenmerk zu widmen. Angefangen von speziellen Ziegeln mit den vielen Luftkammern bis hin zu der besonders für Allergiker geeigneten Innenausstattung mit Holz- und Naturböden. Mit unserer Boden/Wandheizung zählten wir zu den Ersten, mit un-serer Wandkühlung für den Sommer tun wir es wieder. Keine Staubverwir-belung, keine Geräuschbelästigung: Rundum ein gesundes und besonders angenehmes Wohnklima.

Come già avvenuto in occasione della nostra grande ristrutturazione nel 2002/2003, abbiamo nuovamente attribuito particolare importanza alla salute e al benessere dei nostri ospi-ti, prestando in tal senso particolare attenzione. Iniziando da mattoni spe-ciali con le numerose camere d'aria, fino agli arredamenti d'interni con pavimenti in legno naturali, parti-colarmente indicati per chi soffre di allergie. Con il nostro riscaldamento a pavimento/parete eravamo tra i primi, con il nostro raffreddamento a muro per l'estate lo siamo nuovamente. Nessuna turbolenza della polvere, nessun rumore fastidioso: tutto intor-no un ambiente di vita sano e partico-larmente confortevole.

As in the case of our major reconst-ruction in 2002/2003, also this time we have chosen to put great attenti-on on the health and well-being of our guests. Starting from the use of special bricks that contain many air chambers up to interior design with wooden and natural floors especially suitable for the people suffering from different allergies.We were among the first to introduce specific floor/wall heating and now we repeat this experience by introdu-cing a particular wall cooling system for the summer. No dust, not noise just healthy and particularly comfortable living envi-ronment.

Damit Sie auch jede Tour rundum genießen können ha-ben wir für Ihr Fahrrad eine eigene abschließbare Box, wo Sie es sicher verwahren können.

Für jede weitere Person berechnen wir € 11,- am Tag, während des Zeitraumes bis 30. 06. und ab 15. 10. berechnen wir € 13,- am Tag. Kinder unter 6 Jahre sind frei. Pro Tier werden € 6,- am Tag berechnet. Für Frühstück auf Anfrage berechnen wir € 13,-/Tag pro Person. Wir bitten um Vormerkung. Die Endreinigung beträgt € 40,- für die Einraum- und € 50,- für die Zweiraumwohnung. Die Zwischenreinigung auf Wunsch beträgt € 30,- für die Einraum- und € 40,- für die Zwei-raumwohnung. Bei Verschmutzung des Backofens Reinigungsaufpreis von € 10,-. Alle anderen Abgaben (MwSt., Heizung, Wasser, Strom) sind enthalten. Evtl. MwSt.-Änderungen werden belastet. Für alle Personen ab 14 Jahre wird ab 01.01.2014 eine Gemeindeaufenthaltsabgabe in Höhe von € 1,80 pro Person und Nacht eingehoben.Am Anreisetag ist die Wohnung ab 14.00 Uhr bezugsfertig.
