“Ideathon” winner from AMS P.Obul Reddy Public School

We are proud to inform you that one of our student, Ms. Amrutha Ramadevu, of

class X E, was declared the 1st Prize Winner in a pan-India competition for

lending the best idea for 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan'.

The competition was held last month participated by more than 100 school across the country, initiated by OLX , called "IDEATHON" in partnership with NDTV. Out of huge number of ideas and entries, only 10 best were selected to do a presentation on NDTV at New Delhi. Amrutha was adjudged as the student with the best and sustainable idea for which she did a presentation at Delhi NDTV on 17th September, and judged by eminent personalities like Sania Mirza, Sunitha Narain, Sudhir Mishra, Sonia Singh.

Amrutha was the only student selected from Andhra and Telangana states. Ms. Amrutha recieved a cheque prize of Rs. 10 Lakhs for her excellent contribution of Idea titled "CASH FOR TRASH". Besides she received a Kindle, a trophy and the winning idea will be released in a book later.
