THIS VERSION IS NOT FINAL and will be finalized once the COL Department has released the lineup of Professors on 15 August 2015 through Animo.sys
This is an organised collection of personal experiences and opinions of upperclassmen and are therefore highly subjective. Bear in mind that information may be different from what will happen, or compared to the experiences of others.
For obvious reasons, there are no information on new professors.

She lectures on the principles of the course using powerpoint
Order of students to recite is based on seating arrangement
"Relaxed" class; recitations and reports are manageable
Asks students to write codal on board or discuss principles
Gives open notes seatwork whenever she's absent
Difficult essay/situational questions which will require you to have studied both cases and provisions of law
Tricky ("mahirap na madali"), especially her MCQ which does not seem to have a definite answer
May ask you to discuss a case in her exams
In scoring, she only gives either the full credit (5) or a zero; rarely gives a medium score (3)
She is very nice and motherly
To get a full credit in your exams, explain your answers and support it with legal basis. She gives points for good explanations and does not restrict the correct answer to only either a Yes or a No.
Does not gives advanced copies of her syllabus; sends parts of the outline on a weekly basis as her weekly assignment
Avoid erasures in your exam papers
She makes sure that you thoroughly study the course by being strict and acting like a terror-professor in her own loving and motherly way
Varies per exam and per term; may be application of principles on different scenario/cases; may be purely theoretical and codal (enumeration and discussion of principles)

Random recit on cases; the topics follow the flow of the book

The class will be given a choice on the type of questions for the exam, which will cover 20%. His MCQs are "killers" because the choices are almost the same. His essay questions may be more manageable.

MCQs are based on both codal (memorize!) and case doctrines while essays are application of the provisions
Always refer to the book, even the examples
