Collect your IBM WebSphere Commerce information TVPage connects directly to your IBM WebSphere Commerce storefront through the API provided by WebSphere Commerce. To do this, we require the “store id” of the storefront you wish to retrieve products from. For multiple stores, you may consider a multi-store strategy which is supported by the TVPage platform. First, log into your WebSphere Commerce instance and open the Management Center dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions How often will my feed be synced with TVPage? By default it is synced every 24 hours. It can be setup for higher or lower frequency, generally we have found this to be a good period. How long will it take to sync my product data? This depends on the size of your product catalog. It can be done in as quickly as 30 seconds, but in cases that have larger product feeds, this can take several minutes. Generally we have not seen this take longer than 1 hour on very large feeds (millions of SKUs). What data fields will be synced from WebSphere Commerce? The following fields are synced: SKU, Product Title, Short Description, Product URL, Image URL, Actual Price, Sale Price. What versions of WebSphere is this compatible with? This has been tested on version 8.0.0, so it should be fully functionality with all 8.X releases. Previous versions may also work, but need to be verified. What should I do if I encounter any errors? If you encounter any issues, please email [email protected] and we will work with you to quickly resolve them.
