2. Please Return the Adventure Pass (if you use it). • I'm sorry that I will have to charge you $35 if you don't leave the pass. (I

cannot get a free replacement; I have to buy a new set).

3. No Smoking • No smoking inside any of the cabins. • Please discard your cigarette butts in outside metal sand buckets. • If your cabin smells like smoke when you leave, you’ll be charged $300.

4. No Wood Burning• Our cabins are in a high fire zone, so we chose gas fireplaces and a gas fire

pit to help keep our guests and our mountain safe.

5. Hot Tub• Please read through hot tub safety section before using the hot tub.• If excessive oils (from lotion, makeup, sunscreen), soaps, or trash is found

in the hot tub, I’m sorry that you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

6. Lost, Left, or Stolen Items• We are not responsible for lost, left, or stolen items. • Lock your car doors and your cabin door if you plan to step out.

6. Noise Curfew is 10 PM• Our noise ordnance states that quiet hours are 10PM – 7AM. • Please be kind to our neighbors, if you are outside, please turn your music

off and lower your voices from 10pm on.

7. Park on Our Property Only• Do not park at church (they may tow), or Fire Hall Loop (it’s a fire lane)

8. Dog Leash and Clean Up• Owners may be fined, if dogs are not kept on a leash.• During dog walks, please take doggie poo bags with you, we have plenty of

bags to share. Neighbors will be very appreciative.

In Case of Emergency• Dial 911• Utility shut off locations (on map marked with a triangle).

Bears• There really are bears, mountain lions, and coyotes close by, so

please be aware of yourself, your family members and dog.• Please do not feed the wildlife, you might attract coyotes, bears

and/or mountain lions!

Watch Where You Walk• Please watch your footing when outside, the ground may be

uneven.• Ground, driveway, sidewalks, stairs, etc. may be slippery when wet.• Please use lanterns and flashlights at night, it gets very dark.

Hot Tub Safety• Follow Hot Tub safety guidelines (posted on wall near hot tub)• Take a lantern or flashlight to the hot tub with you.

Your Doggie• Keep your dog on a leash, it’s the Mountain law.• If your dog needs to go potty after it’s dark outside, you may take

them to the fenced-in courtyard. Even though there’s a fence, please stay with your dog in the courtyard. Especially at night, do not let your dog be outside unattended. Did I mention, especially at night?

We have two hot tubs, one is not yet set up (don’t use that one, it’s no fun!).

Go outside towards The Green Cabin, take the rock steps down, and you’ll see the hot tub on your left.

• Skinny dipping/chunky dunking is encouraged (not mandatory)!

• The hot tub is available to you 24/7. Please no music or loud talking/laughing after 10 PM please.

• Use flashlights when traveling to and from the hot tub at night.

• Please shower off first before using hot tub.

• Do not enter hot tub with sunscreen, makeup, hairspray or lotions. You will be charged a fee of $100 if there is excessive oil, water pollution, or trash found in the hot tub water.

• Please do not leave bobby pins, cigarette butts, or any trash in or near the hot tub.

• A new cover was just installed, no lifter for it yet, so you’ll probably need two people to remove and replace the hot tub cover.

• Unlock the hot tub - there are four clips that are locked. The key is next to the hot tub safety rules sign on a hook. The hot tub is set at 96°, so you’ll want to go out and increase the temperature about 45 minutes or an hour before you’d like to use the tub. The maximum temperature is 103°.

• Master bathroom has a jacuzzi with a heater big enough for two. To use the heater, start filing the tub at the temperature you like. Once water level is above the jets, then turn on #3 with the remote. This will keep your tub at your favorite temperature, and not get any cooler for 2-3 hours.

• Squirrel – named “Chunky” say hello to him, but please don’t feed him. He’s a big guy, he’s eaten enough. Totally sweet and curious about you.

• Raccoons – lovingly referred to as The Backstreet Boys, because there are FIVE. At night you’ll hear them on the roof. Trying to evict them.

• Lizards – I call them The Partridge Family. You’ll see lots of lizards outside the front door and kitchen door, even babies! Don’t be afraid of them, they are taking care of unwanted bugs. And please don’t pick them up.

• Steller's Jays – You’ll meet and hear “Thurston”. He’s saying hello, when it sounds more like yelling/screeching. He only has one volume and limited ways to say hello. “Lovey” is his wife, she sounds a little gentler. They’ve had babies here! Be kind to them and say hello, and you can mimic Thurston, too. He likes that game!

2. Light the lighter and point it close to one of the holes in the pipe in the fire pit

3. Turn the key to the left, you will hear the gas turn on, and firepit will light!

When you’re finished with fire pit, turn the key to right and gas will shut off.
