COORDINATE MidAmerica staff works directly with employers to develop a strategic

recruitment plan and coordinates meetings with partners to assist in locating,

evaluating, educating and delivering a qualifi ed workforce to meet your needs.

Recruitment Planning

Our Talent Acquisition Team works to understand your individual workforce needs

including the number of positions to be fi lled, SOC codes to be targeted and

timelines to be met. Working together we will outline the programs and resources

to assist with recruitment and ensure a successful workforce development plan.

Incentives & Resources

MidAmerica and its

partners have incentives

to support the process of

new personnel onboarding.

State and local resources

can be used to offset costs

with new employee training

expenses,and support

the process of continued

education and training.

LOCATEMidAmerica staff, the Pryor Workforce Center, and the

Cherokee Nation have extensive experience in seeking

and securing workers from the region with skills and

attributes needed by local employers.

Outreach Campaign

Our dedicated workforce staff develops an action plan

customized to your workforce needs identifi ed in the

coordination stage. Multimedia resources including

radio, TV, social media and other traditional recruitment

2EVALUATEFinding potential workers is only

the fi rst step in the process. Once

potential employees are found,

our Team uses a variety of tools to

evaluate applicants’ skills to ensure

a quality workforce with verifi ed skills.

Evaluating & Measuring Skills

State, local and customized

assessment programs can measure

profi ciency in specifi ed occupational

skill sets. Our community believes in

credentialed programs and was the

fi rst to be “Work Ready Certifi ed” in

Oklahoma. Almost 17,000 individuals

in Northeast Oklahoma are “Career

Ready Certifi ed.”

EDUCATEOur three, on-site, post-secondary training

partners have a variety of training programs for

workers at any level – entry level to highly skilled.

Training & Incentives

MidAmerica and its educational partners assist

in developing customized training plans that

meet your labor force needs. Programs are in

place, which are designed to train new hires

and incumbent workers on specifi c operations

identifi ed by the employer. State and local

training incentives, identifi ed in the initial

coordination stage, will be secured and utilized

to offset related cost.

DELIVERThe information above is evidence of our commitment and capability to help deliver the

workforce that meets your requirements. These efforts lead to pre-screened applicants ready

for employment. But, it doesn’t stop there, MidAmerica offers continued skill development,

through on-site resources, such as customized training, certifi cations, degrees and

professional development. You can rest assured that your company will have a skilled

workforce for your start-up and well into the future.

RAE Corporation is incredibly appreciative of the efforts of our local

workforce partners, especially MidAmerica Industrial Park. It’s great to

have a team of talented people behind us as we are experiencing

exponential growth. In 2016-2017, we had to fi ll 150 new jobs, and in a

rural area, it seemed insurmountable. But thanks to the support of MAIP

and their team, we were able to make it happen.”
