Penn Yan Band To Participate In Area Concert
PENN YAN—An inter-high concert will be presented by musicians from high school bands in Watkins Glen, Dundee and Penn Yan at 8 p. m. today in Dundee Central School auditorium.

School Buses Will Change Schedules
PENN YAN—With raid-year exams and regents taking up the schedule at local schools this week, bus schedules have been re-arranged for Friday when no regular school sessions will be held for grades 7 through 12.
Kindergarten through grade 6 will be in session from the regular time until noon Friday. Village buses will run at 11:37 a. m. and 12 noon.
Pupils of grades 7 through 12 who wish to make adjustments for schedules for the second semester
1 are asked to get this business done on Friday, according to Superintendent William Joslyn.
Attending to the changes tomorrow will eliminate delays and confusion on Monday when the second semester gets under way, he said.
No school sessions will be held at St. Michael's Parochial School Friday.

Niels W. Jensen Funeral Planned
PENN YAN—Funeral services
tir Niels Walter Jensen. 65, 124 rown St., who died at Bath Vet
erans Hospital Wednesday, will be held at 2:30 p. m. Saturday at Thayer Funeral Chapel. The Rev, Viggo Peterson, pastor of St. Paul's Luthern Church, will offi-cite.
Interment will be made in Tversted, Denmark. American Legion will conduct military rites at the local service.
Friends may call at the, funeral chapel today and Friday, 2 p. m. to 4 p. m. and 7 p. m. to 9 p. m.

Andrews; cashier, Morris W. Burke; assistant cashiers, Paul F. Durham, Willis F. Burt; directors, John C. Fox. Clarence R. Andrews, Lester Stork, Henry A. Souther land, Dr. Bernard t . Strait, Fred S. Holloweil and Courtney G. Earle.

The Dundee State Bank has increased, its capital stock from $50,000 to $75,000. The bank statement dated Deo. 8, 1952, showed undivided profits of $86,-359.06, from which $50,000 has been transferred equally between the capital stock and surplus. The number of shares of stock is increased from 5,000 to 7,500.
