    Private letters from Ferrol mention, that for-ty dollars bounty money are given there for vo-lunteer failors to man the Spanilh fltips of war.

    It is reported, and by the extreme lleps nowtaken in preffing for feamen, believed, that in-telligence is arrived of the landing o( the Spa-liifh forces at the ifland of Jamaica, and of theirhaving a large fleet lying there.
