1.0 Electrical trucking

We found the electrical trucking and wires hanging at ceiling not properly installed. @ Blk 52 #02-324 half landing

These will posed safety hazard, to instate immediately.

2.0 Toe-board

We noticed the new lift lobby “Toe-boards” not provided.

This will posed falling object hazard. @ Blk 52

To rectify immediately.

Site staff and safety officer must carry out daily inspection to ensure all safety measures apply on site.

3.0 Gondola

We found the gondola winches not symmetrically installed on cradle.

This will caused unbalance when the gondola in operation.

To adjust immediately.

1.0 Housekeeping

We found poor housekeeping around lift lobby and drain. @ Blk 52 & 53

We found unwanted materials such as steel bars and mesh not cleared off. @ Blk 53

1.0 Casting work

We found lift lobby slab badly casted with honeycomb. @Blk 53 #04- 336

Contractor to propose repair method to Resident Engineer for approval.

Site staffs to tighten the casting work and to check and ensure all defects are rectify.
