Implementation tips:• Conduct immediately• Focus on leader, team, and individual performance• Should be facilitated• Maintain an open and blame-free climate • Link to training• Record learnings

Purpose: Support learning before doing through consultation
Implementation tips:• Invite peers with implementation experience• Focus on real task or technical challenge • Spend 45-90 minutes• Include facilitator and notetaker• Convert notes into summary guidance
