A DGS employee-based group charged with sustaining the spirit and momentum of the DGS Strategic Plan.

ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Annual Values Team Award Ceremony.

Collaborated with the Office of Strategic Planning, Policy & Research to analyze the data from the Organizational Health Survey to identify the most important issues of DGS.

Development and delivery of the first annual DGS Statewide Team Building Month.

Presentation of Ted Talks based on the Value of the month.

Introduced Speaker Series with recruitment of speakers from local business and organizations with mission, vision, and core values in line with DGS Core Values.

Development and implementation of a working partnership with DGS University, Helping Hearts, and Disability Awareness Committee (DAC) to promote and gain support of the DGS Core Values.
