SERVICE CONNECTIONS
CW Cold Water: 38" (9.5mm) tubing tocondensor at min 25 to max 50 PSI.
DR Drain: 1" (25mm) IPS piped to openfloor drain. No solid connection. Mustbe open air gap with a maximum 24"length before the open air gap opening(no bends or elbows in 24"). Totallength maximum 6' with only one elbow.
TD Trough Drain: Interconnected tomain drain (DR).
EC Electric Connection: 112" (38mm)conduit connection to electrical box.

GENERAL: Counter model, pressurelesssteamer. Basic section may be placed oncounter, stacked or mounted on optional4" legs or stand.
CONSTRUCTION: Exterior is polishedstainless steel. Cooking chamber is stain-less steel with coved corners for ease ofcleaning. Fully insulated. Polished stain-less steel wire pan slides are removable.Stainless steel door. Positive, heavy-gauge spring-loaded, door latch. Built-infull-width stainless steel drip troughunder the door integrally connected todrain. Inner door features a replaceablesilicone gasket. 1" compartment drain.
CONTROLS: Located at steamers rightfront. Each section features a 60-minutedial timer with buzzer as standard.
Master switch turns unit ON and OFF.Ready light signals unit is ready to oper-ate. Cooking light signals that cooking isin process. Buzzer signals completion ofcooking cycle.
STEAM: Individual Electric Steam Gen-erator. Pressureless, stainless steel withremovable tap, automatic self-draining.Water feed controlled by 2 probe system.
