How to fill timesheet

• The associate needs to chose whether he is in project or

non-project.

• Accordingly, he/she will select the tasks in project or non-

project.

• This application allows the associates to fill in their work

timings for the day/ week. It enables easy filling of entry for

the previous week .

• It also displays the associate time card, I.e. his/her IN and

OUT time along with approvals.

How to apply for leave

• The associate needs to chose the type of leave which

he/she is applying for.

• Details like the start date and the end date of the leave

should be mentioned.

• If any half days taken, the associate should mention them in

partial days.

• If an employee completes 4 hours then it is counted as a half

day.

• If an employee completes minimum 5 hours then it is

counted as a full day.

Procedure

• This option is used by the manager to

accept resignations given by his reportee.

• The manager needs to select the employee

who has submitted the resignation.

• After selecting the employee the last

working day needs to be added.

• If it is a contractual employee or a sub-con,

the default date will be 30days from the

date of resignation.

• For an employee who has joined after 1st

May 2014, the default last date will be 90

days from the date of resignation.

• For employees who have joined before 1st

May 2014, the default date will be 60 days

from the date of resignation.
