TeleForm Designer Manage and define your Capturing Jobs

TeleForm Designer Central admin module to define your capture and document analysis jobs. It contains the graphical form designer for machine readable forms, the rule sets for document classification, definitions for forms, pages, fields, validation and data enhancement.

Then they can be published for distributed use in multiple formats (paper, html-app,PDF eForm).

Existing document layouts can be trained and new layouts can be designed with the form designer – much in the fashion of a desktop-publishing or word processing system.

Collect documents and forms from anywhere TeleForm Scan Station Easy to use high-speed environment for the scanning operator to execute scan jobs with ISIS and Twain scanners in batch- or stream mode. Multi-Source Input Management: Capture Data, Documents and Forms from all sources

Hot Folder and XML Imports, Fax-Servers and e-mail TeleForm Input Connect Agents can be configured to automatically poll directories for XML and file data. The AutoBatchCreation API and the eMail-polling mechanism can be used to easily link to existing MFP´s or fax servers. eForms Intake using the Data Agent Electronic Forms can send data, images and signatures via web server or eMail. The Data Agent decrypts the received forms and data and hands it over to the Teleform Reader – where forms are processed by the exact same rules as their paper counterparts. This allows for true hybrid processing with one central set of validation rules.

TeleForm Web Scan Station provides a web based scanning environment that is easy to roll-out and simple to maintain using this browser based scan client. Job execution, image QC and batch level data entry are executed prior to the release and upload to the server for further processing. Remote Capture Station is a rich client application that allows to execute scan jobs asynchronously at remote locations. Scan jobs are managed centrally and synched via FTP or HTTP connections.

Classify and extract information using the best engines available TeleForm Reader is the central service module for document interpretation. This means document separation, document classification, full text OCR or zonal data extraction via various extraction engines (OCR, ICR, OMR, Barcode, image zones, Logo), data validation and enhancement i.e. through fuzzy logic and database lookups. TeleForm Reader periodically polls all data sources, builds batches, reads contained data and exports batches into the backend, once they match the desired criteria – for example when all documents in the batch have been cleared.

Smart separation of document streams by Patch-code, barcode recognition, form ID, phrases or smart cover sheets. So called “packets” travel as controlled set of documents through the system.

Purchase orders, invoices and incoming mail … TeleForm IDR processing document streams with dynamic classification & rule based extraction is the optional engine for the so called free-form recognition and automated text based classification through smart rules. This module handles the keyword anchors, logo detection also allows for table recognition.

IDR objects such as dates, amounts or currencies, addresses, regular expressions, phrases, logos, key and value pairs, tables, and „one of“ operators are defined using the interactive IDR Designer, that allows to define test sets, apply rules and examine the recognition and classification outcome for optimization.

Phrases Detects one or more phrase, matches against a phrase file, neglects phrases from a negative list, applies match rate and scope.

Dates Finds dates in all kind of formats with different value date ranges and separators. Creates normed output.

Amounts Finds numeric values in search areas, detects currency, applies min/max rules and creates normed output.

Addresses Finds addresses in the formats of various countries (US, UK, FR, DE, SGP, KY, ZA) as single or multiline.

IDR Designer & Table extraction

Validation, correction and exception handling TeleForm Verifier & Document QC To ensure superb data quality prior to the export of batches with documents, forms and attachments into M-Files, the TeleForm Verifier allows for ongoing quality control. Any character or field containing information that is illegible, offends validation rules, is marked for double data entry or human validation is shown for operator review. Export your dynamic HTML form with unique capabilities like camera capture, signature zones, sliders, date pickers, and smart database lookups in a web based n-tier model. The form can be uploaded into a directory, made available in your web server or be published right into M-Files® for the use within M-Files.* Forms can be optimized for mobile use and may include offline data collection capabilities e.g. for field services.

Smart interactive Forms – Enhancing M-Files®

PDF eForms with database lookups or signatures PDF eForms can be either prepopulated with lookup lists from existing databases at the time of rendering, or they can do live-lookups via HTTP n-tier access. (1) Customers can easily fill out a form (2) press the send button and submit data asynchronously, but encrypted through regular eMail. (3). TeleForm processes the eForm similar to a paper form, but OCR is not required. (4). PDF`s can be legally signed in various different ways using the Acrobat® signature handler.

Barcodes can be generated right within the form. Data in forms can be encrypted and then securely submitted by email or through https. Offline usage on phones, tablets and PC is supported as well.

eFormSuite Form Export Connect Agent This module allows to prepopulate new eForms with information already captured. For example the reception of application form A (regardless whether scanned, faxed, filled eform) can result in the prepopulation and outgoing e-Mail confirmation of form B,C and F.
