[TeleForm AutoMergePublisher(AMP)] - Use this program to merge data rows from a data file (preferable a MS-Access Table or SQL table), which will result in one form published per data row. Note: The field’s that match with their values will be pre-filled on the outputted form. A CSV file is not recommended for production use (use MS-Access or MS-SQL table for production work).

Below: This is an example of data rows that can be merged - (Note: The first row is the column names that must match the field names on the TeleForm). The special field: “Record_Sta” should be indexed (non-unique) and hold a value of 23 meaning it is ready for merging. A value of 20 means this row has already been merged on a previous poll. The special field: “Remote_Cmp”must be indexed (unique or primarykey), and have a unique number.

[TeleForm AutoMergePublisher(AMP)] - Use this program to merge data rows from a data file (preferable a MS-Access Table or SQL table), which will result in one form published per data row. Note: The field’s that match with their values will be pre-filled on the outputted form.

Below: Use TeleForm-AMP to establish a relation between a TeleForm and a data file. From: Menu > Merge > New and pick which TeleForm to publish from. Use the below dialog to relate which table to “merge from”. Then, this program will poll this mapped data file every 30 seconds or so, and, if any of the data row’s “Record_Sta” values are 23, then, that row will produce a merged published form (usually to a printer, but, it can also be set to be a PDF attachment on an email or sent out as a fax via RightFax).
