How to use CalDAV to sync Google Calendar with iCal
on your iPhone or iPad

Why would you want to use CalDAV to sync Google Calendar with iCal on your iPhone or iPad?
• By creating a CalDAV account, you can sync and manage multiple calendars from your Google account on you iPhone or iPad
• Syncing a standard Google account with iCal will not support multiple calendars
• CalDAV is the most dependable means of enabling you to edit multiple calendars from multiple devices

Step 1: On your iPad or iPhone, go to ‘Settings’

Step 2: Tap ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ and then tap ‘Add Account’

Step 3: Tap ‘Other’

Step 4: Tap ‘Add CalDAV Account’

Step 5: Type in the info as seen below with your Google account and password

Step 6: If you already have your iPhone or iPad synced with your google account, tap on that account

Step 7: Make sure ‘Calendars’ is turned OFF for this account – otherwise you will not be able to sync all the calendars on your Google account

Step 8: Lastly, go to https://www.google.com/calendar/syncselect on your iPad/iPhone browser – check off all your calendars and tap ‘Save’

Step 9: Now your iCal calendar is synced with all of your Google calendars
