Week #1: Tour development
Discuss your options with your Euro-Sportring agent and with the help of your brochure and/or website select:
•The dates for your group's travel
•The tournaments and destinations you want to visit
•Request detailed proposals from Euro-Sportring
Contact your group to arrange MEETING 1/tour introduction – we recommend one week before the receipt of your tour programs

Week #2: MEETING 1 – Tour introduction.
Suggested Agenda:
•Provide your group with the tour options (with copies for each person), and the participant costs•Share information about your preferred locations and/or tournaments in Europe•Make a tentative list of participants for players (with age) and boosters•Discuss ideas for fund raisers. Detailed fundraising ideas can be found on our website www.esrusa.com - Login code is esrusa05 or esrusa06•Set a deadline for the initial deposit ($ 200 per person) to be collected at MEETING 3/Tour commitment - we recommend 3 weeks after this meeting•Establish a date and time for MEETING 2/Select your tour - we recommend 1 week after this meeting

•Select your tour •Discuss the number of applications.•Establish a payment schedule for your trip.
- Six weeks after your deposits, we require a 25% payment. - Final payment (25%) needs to be with us 7 weeks prior to
departure. - Another 2 payments of 25% will be planned between the 1st and last
payment. •Establish a date and time for MEETING 3/tour commitment - we recommend 2 weeks after this meeting.

•Make sure each participant has a passport•Insurance information – we will provide your group with 3 different insurance options after receipt of your deposits•Determine if there are any name changes or cancellations•Go over the day to day itinerary and departure information•Go over packing list of suggested clothing and personal items for trip•Cover the baggage regulations set up by the airlines and bus companies (ground transportation)•Discuss European customs, foods and climate•Check for medical and general release forms (see our information guide)•Establish a "Telephone Chain" notification list for information on arrivals, departures and emergencies, to be relayed to relatives or friends of participants•Emphasize meeting time at airline terminal or assigned area for departure•For most of these items refer to our website www.esrusa.com.
