Manifest a Miracle Workbook
The purpose of this workbook is to help you get the most out of “How to…
Manifest a Miracle” and to enhance your learning experience. There are four components to this workbook. Please complete this workbook only after you have gone through and read the main book. The four components are:
Workbook Study Questions & Answers
Working Out What You Want
Miracle Magnets List
Planning Your Miracle Magnets
To start with we’ll just go through a quick Questions & Answers questionnaire that you can complete to further your understanding of this book. It is advisable that you print out this workbook and do not peak at the answers as they are printing (you’ll defeat the object otherwise!). Have fun with this,

What is a Miracle Magnet? A process we complete daily or weekly to get into alignment with our desires. How much time should you give yourself to complete Miracle Magnets? Working Out What You Want
In the book, I mentioned a great method to working out what it is you DO want by working out what you DON’T want first. To refresh you about how to do this process, here’s an example. Example. Joe is 35 years old, has a mortgage, a small family and is struggling to make ends meat on an every day basis. He’s unhappy and wants more money, but he’s unsure of the specifics about what he should be asking for. Joe grabs a piece of paper and starts to list all of the things around money that he DOESN’T want. Here’s his list:
I have no spare cash I don’t earn enough money Can’t buy things when I want I’m constantly stressing over money I have more debts than income
Now that Joe knows what he doesn’t want, all we need to do is simply flip the desires upside down and work out their polar opposites. This is really easy to do and a lot of fun. Here’s how we do it with Joe’s example.
I have no spare cash I always have enough spare cash
I don’t earn enough money I earn more than enough money
Can’t buy things when I want I have enough money to buy stuff
I’m constantly stressing over money I feel good about my money
I have more debts than income I enjoy massive saving accounts Now it’s your turn. I’ve put together some worksheets for you to complete that have blank spaces to write in what you don’t want so you can flip them over and discover their polar opposites, like we did with Joe in our example above. The five worksheets you’ll be completing are the five main areas of your life. You can, of course, complete this process with other areas of your life, but for now I advice you to stick to just these five. Here they are:
• My Money
• My Body
• My Relationships
• My Home
• My Work The second page of each one of these worksheets is there for you to copy down the new polar opposite desires and is for you to retain. You can then throw away the sheet where you wrote down things you don’t want. Go through each of the five areas now and work out what it is you want out of life.

Planning Your Miracle Magnets
After seeing my example towards the end of “How to… Manifest a Miracle”, you may have gotten some ideas about how you would construct your own feel good routine. In this section of the workbook we’re going to look at creating your own routine. Assuming that you’re willing to produce two routines, one for the morning and one for the evening, what Miracle Magnets stood out to you and are something that you’d enjoy doing every morning? (Remember… these aren’t set in stone and you should mix up your Miracle Magnets when you feel like doing so. Refer to the Your Own Miracle Magnets List that we just completed to help you complete this.)
Morning Feel Good Routine
Now that you’ve got an idea of what Miracle Magnets you want to do in the mornings, how about in the evenings? What magnets would you prefer to do in the afternoon or evenings?
Evening Feel Good Routine
Good. Now you’ve got that sorted, we’re now going to plan your day out to ensure that you’ve got time to complete these processes. The amount of time we tend to spend interacting with media such as the TV or the Internet can consume hours and hours of our time. Can you skip an hour of TV a day in order to feel wonderful and manifest some cool stuff at the same time? On the following page is a blank daily diary form. Fill out the diary now and plan your tomorrow. Make sure you include everything you want to do tomorrow. You should include all of your feel good routine processes to see how it will fit in with your life. The reason we’re doing this is so that you can get a good idea of what needs to be shuffled around a bit to make a little extra time to complete the feel good routines. I’ve also provided an example of how to complete the daily diary form.
