How to install FT232R Driver

Thank you so much for your support, most friends will have problem on the mainboard on software.Please follow our manual to instal driver first if your PC can't recognize it.Please pay attention on the Red Part.We advise windows 7 for install which is more stable than other system.Any further needs, please don't hesitate to contact us.

When you plug USB cable into USB port, the PC may can't recognize the equipment.

Please Click Update Driver:

Please choose Manual Check and install the Driver:

Please choose the right Driver:

After you complete setup, you may still can't connect Repetier-Host with Printer.

Please don't worry and follow next.

After you open Device Manager again, you may find the Device changed to USB Serial Port:

If the Driver didn't install sucess, you will find the Properties for the Chip is Unknow:

Please Click Update Driver again:

In general, the port for software is COM3 as below, but sometimes it will not, that depends on your computer.

The Properties for the Chip after it install sucess:

All chips were genuine as we confirmed with our supplyer, because Windows update soon and different computer with different system, so few of them can install it, but few of them can't.We advise Cura for slice and print by SD card which is more stable.If you need print on-line, we advise you use Window 7, it will help you install easy.Any further needs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
