Install Ricoh Printer Driver On Windows
Copier models and IP addresses:
Mechanical Building: Ricoh Aficio MP 7502
IP address: 128.100.49.102
Rosebrugh Building: Ricoh Aficio MP 2554
IP address: 128.100.49.103
Bahen Building: Ricoh Aficio MP 2554
IP address: 128.100.49.104
Download the corresponding Ricoh Aficio software driver from the Downloads section of the Ricoh website

For example, for the MP 7502

Select your Operating System and driver type (PCL5e or PCL6).
The following instructions are for the PCL5e driver.
Click Run
Click Next
Click Browse
Highlight the location to extracted the driver software files, click OK
Click Next
Click OK
Click Windows Start button\ Devices and Printers, Click Add Printer, Add a local Printer, click Next
Select Create a new port, type of port is Standard TCP/IP Port, click Next
Type in the IP address 128.100.49.102 (MC); 128.100.49.103 (RS) or 128.100.49.104 (BA); click Next
Click Have Disk
Browser to the location where the driver files extracted, select OEMSETUP.INF under the disk 1 folder. Click Open
Click OK
Select Gestetner MP 7502 PCL 5e., click Next
You can change the default Printer name to another name, click Next
Click Next
Click Finish
Go back to Devices and Printers, right-clicking the Ricoh Aficio MP 7502 icon, select Printer Properties
Click Preferences
Click Valid Access
Enter your assigned user code, click Apply, click OK
Click OK
For PCL 6 driver, the PIN code is entered under Printer Preferences…
In Job Setup tab, Type a description in the Classification Code and PIN under User Code:
