The Four Things Contained in an Email:
• Rubbish• Information that needs to be
kept but requires no action• Tasks – Something that needs to
be done by a deadline• Appointments – Somewhere
you have to be at a set time.
Dealing with Rubbish:
• Delete it – be ruthless• Don’t forget to empty your
deleted items folder
Storing Information:
• Only keep useful information
• Move it to your file store
Setting Up tasks:
• Drag and drop email over the Tasks area
• This will create a new task
