How to create your student account on PA-Trac 1. Click on the “registration” link.

2. Enter the necessary information in the fields and click “submit”.

3. You will have three sections to consider. The first two are the most important and required.

This third step is not required.

4. Click on “ADD” and then “ADD COURSES”

5. This is the point where you will need your Penn Highlands’ transcripts. You will need to

accurately enter all of the information in this section to compile your course history. In this

section, course history refers to the DUAL ENROLLMENT courses you have taken.

6. Click on the “FIND THE BEST TRANSFER INSTITUTION” button to see what participating

schools will give you the most credit for your dual enrollment courses.

7. You will see a list of the participating colleges that accept the credits and how many they will

accept. Select the box to identify a school. You can select as many schools as you like. Click

on “View Selected Institutions.”

8. A screen will appear with a detailed comparison of the selected institutions.
